I love this restaurant but the hosts are pathetic and need to be in the kitchen if they can’t smile, greet, and at least seem to happy to be the first of people guests see and speak. Especially the young lady with dark hair. I don’t even take the time to submit reviews, but this is the 3rd time she especially left a bad taste in my mouth.
Best service of anywhere in Searcy. The food was prepared perfectly.It was delicious.The steaks were tender.The hamburgers were great. Texas Roadhouse always impresses in every category. Thank you guys for such a great dinner hand experience.
My significant other and I stopped by Texas Roadhouse this evening, and despite how packed it was, we had an awesome experience. We noticed the crowd from the highway and decided to join the waitlist online. Online quoted 30–45 minutes, but we were pleasantly surprised to get a text just 15 minutes later to head up to the host stand. On our way in, a few guests warned us about “ridiculous seating times,” but thanks to the online check in, we were seated right away.
