I'm over 60 years old and just visited my first Waffle House. It was new and clean. The server, Ashley, was friendly and took great care of us. The food and coffee were delicious. Fantastic experience!
Our first visit to the new location in town. Little after 8 pm on a Friday. It was calm and quiet. No other customers when we arrived. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Our waitress, Lia, was friendly and helpful. When I asked if they had salad as a side (low carb diet) instead of hash browns she quickly offered to make me one, most ppl would have just said no we don’t have salads. As truck drivers, We’ve eaten in a lot of restaurants all over the country , so good service...
Have only ate inside 2 times and it was awesome but we do to go orders alot and this last time they forgot some of or food and we could not drive back to town bc of our vehicles. Tried calling the store and no way to speak to someone. Tried making a complaint on the app and that was just as difficult. They need to make it easier to get in touch with them over stuff like this. So basically I paid for food we didnt get and I even always tip them!
