1st time going to a Whataburger, and I can’t complain about the service that I received but the food on the other hand…..
Burger: I got the bacon cheeseburger - the burger patty itself was burnt, but everything else on the burger was good, no major issue with everything else. (I actually just tossed the patty out and ate a bacon cheese veggie burger)
French Fries: I got a medium and the first handful was really good but once I got past the top layer of fries they were extremely soggy and coldish. (The rest of the fries was tossed out)
Strawberry Milkshake: I got the medium sized shake even asked which one was their best/favorite shake, the flavor was ok it didn’t have much of a strawberry taste and it was also very grainy which usually means it’s either stored too cold or it’s not being mixed properly
Also if I wouldn’t have said anything they wouldn’t have given me the ice water that I asked and paid for
So definitely not worth the hassle of going back to this Whataburger in Searcy Arkansas off of Race Ave down the road from the Walmart right off the highway.
I’ll try the one that was just put in over in Heber Springs Arkansas and see if they’re any better but as of right now I’m definitely not impressed with this restaurant at all!!!!!

I paid way too much for my burger and fries $10. When there was a special I could’ve got it for 739 but no one told me. The burger was mediocre covered in onions some of which were not chewable won’t be back.

This location is not right off the highway, however, its only about 5-7 minutes after you exit. This location is very clean, has plenty parking and 2 lanes for their drive-thru. Whataburger's burgers are made to order, big, juicy and so very tasty. It's worth the money!

I rated it this way because I was there about 4 days after it opened in searcy ar. The burger was delicious, but the fries were not good. The service was very busy due it the restaurant being new.
First time at a Whataburger, passing through the state on vacation. Service was alright and pleasant. Burger wasn't what I was expecting and toppings were kind of lopsided. Still was an experience and what I expected out of fast food.

My husband & I ate dinner there and was met with friendly faces and great service. We ordered the bacon cheeseburger meals. They were great! Lots of bacon on the burger. Not just 2-3 half slices like most places have on theirs. And the burger was larger than normal. The fries were not a small amount either. So when we ordered a meal, we got a MEAL! It is worth the money. We had service at our table that was friendly and very kind. Due to this one experience, we definitely will be going back.
