They continually mess up orders in the drive thru. Disappointing when you get all the way home and find this out. Managers are rude, don't even apologize, they just want you to inconvenience yourself and drive right back up there to swap it out. Ummmm.....drive thru is for convenience and due to schedules you can't waste that time to go all the way back up there. They don't care, and it shows. And the taste? Not near as good as other locations - too salty and repeatedly stale bread.

Tomatoes on sandwich were green. Lettuce was yellow and jalapeños tasted off. This WhatABurgwr was a disappointment compared to the ones in Texas.

Food was cold cheese was not melted fries cold long wait for the food an it still was cold forgot our milkshakes they were friendly but that cold food just doesn’t hit right when your hungry an spent over 50 dollars for us to eat cold this was my worst experience at a whataburger oh yeah the flies were so bad an packed inside eating fanning flies it was horrible

I will never eat here again and I will tell people to stay away. Got the chicken sandwich and it was RAW! I walked back in to replace it but had to wait in a different line if people also returning their food for either being wrong or raw. This place needs to be inspected and/or shutdown. This was the 3rd time I tried this place and it has gotten worse every time.

Asked for chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato, NO MUSTARD! Guess what, 1 greasy thin lettuce and mustard all dripping from it. Called and they say oh just come in. I sent hubby for take out cause I was tired, why the heck should I drive all the way into town to fix the problem. They need to find a door dash and deliver. Ps this is the co 2nd time. Do. Better. People! What if I was allergic and had to go to hospital because I took you at your word?

I loved Whataburger as a child and was so happy about us finally getting one in Searcy. This restaurant has messed my order up numerous times, and some of the employees are just so rude. Still love whataburger, but this whataburger needs improvement.
