The fries are one of the big reasons why I like Zaxbys. The last few weeks though, the fries have been consistently under seasoned and disappointing.

We ran by here on a 5+ hour trip home and it was OK. Edible but not great. Zaxby's used to be really good but they seem to have gone downhill.

Attention management and trainers: Please train your people to TOSS the wings this is NOT cutting it for me. When I order tossed wings I want to taste the flavor these are pitiful. I ordered the hot honey mustard and they are drier than the Sahara Desert come on guys.

We went through the drive-thru. The food at this location continues to decline. Day shift is better than the night shift but it's absolutely not worth the price. Zaxbys used to be good. I love that young people are getting experience working but management should be making sure they are serving quality food.

Love their food and tea. They have changed their rewards and to get the free meal you must eat inside. I always do take out since I need help getting up a curb and then to leave with the extra meal would be difficult. I take the second meal to my daughter at work and she comes out to the car and gets it or I take it home and eat it the next day. So I do not go as often.
Dietary restrictions: Will leave off a sauce if you can not eat, but will not substitute another sauce without a 25 cent charge for honey mustard. Toppings will leave off. Will do tea with unsweet so not as sweet.

I don't like posting negative reviews, but I fear this place is going to make someone sick. We stopped by tonight for a quick bite. Our order took what seemed like a long time, especially considering we were the only ones in the dining room. My kids ordered a Mr. Beast box and it only had 3 chicken tenders. I took it to the counter and they corrected that. I ordered the Cobb salad. The cucumbers were slimy, transparent, and there were chunks of ice on them. I took it back and asked for a new salad without cucumbers. They brought me a replacement that didn't have cheese or fried onions and had about two tomatoes. I took it back to the counter to show them and requested my money back because I didn't have time to wait for them to fix it for a second time. The lady at the counter said "I'll give you some cheese". When I told her I wanted my money back, the assistant manager told me she'd refund it and apologized. I appreciate that it was handled, but the amount of time we waited and the fact that not only did we not initially get the food we paid for, but the veggies they served in the salad were ROTTEN is ridiculous. We won't ever be back. They said the guy in the kitchen was new, which may be true, but it isn't all his fault - who trained him? Who else saw the food before it made it to our table? If he's new, who is making sure the food is prepared correctly and is safe to consume besides the customer? Lots of failures in my opinion.
