Blue Pig Kraft Barbeque

We ordered a Brisket sandwich and a BBQ salad. I assume the meat is cooked off site, cut and served when needed. The sandwich was room temperature. Not being freshly carved it has no taste to speak of. The salad was obviously pre made. The meat was as cold as the salad. 1st visit and disappointed. I passed up 2 proven BBQ restaurants on the way there.

09-01-24....My brisket was served to me cold. It wasn't even warm. Terrible management, Terrible food. $15.50 for a cold brisket dinner. Thanks but no thanks!

First time visit. The brisket was very fatty. Brisket needs better trimming before it is put on the smoker. The smoked Mac & Cheese was dried out in spots. It was discolored dark brown color. To much time under a heat lamp. Slaw was ok.

1st time to eat here. The brisket dinner was awesome, tender and juicy. Great dining experience. The service, food and atmosphere was outstanding. Oh, almost forgot, they offer free ice cream after your meal, but I ate too much for that. We will be coming back.

New and neat looking place. Food was a little disappointing. The meat was so fatty i couldnt enjoy it. And I didn't care for their BBQ sauce. Staff was friendly. Was hoping the food was better than it was. I pulled globs of fat out with each bite.

Excellent BBQ! I'll definitely be stopping in again. The brisket was well seasoned and fell apart with the touch of a fork. The mac n cheese was real, house made deliciousness. The beans had a hint of smokey BBQ flavor. Friendly staff.

Kinda sirens but who isn’t these days but the service and food were top notch and you get a good amount of food
