The young lady seemed as if she may have been slightly overwhelmed. Even with that she was very nice, she went through all the questions that I asked. She acknowledged my granddaughter and when she brought out our food in the lobby she handed my granddaughter her own sack. t This made her evening as nobody usually does that. the food was amazing and the gravy was to die for.

Slow service. Kid in the back moved slow as molases as the service girls throw paper airplanes around. Some lady walked in dressed nice went straight to the back and didn’t even wash her hands before she started helping prepare food.

The workers were nice and the environment is nice. The blond girl worker is very nice!
You would think I would learn to just not come here anymore. They consistently get my order wrong. This time I ordered a small blizzard and got a mini. I paid almost $7 for a mini blizzard! I have ordered breakfast there, 2 sausage biscuits and a hash brown. All I got was 2 biscuits. Ordered 4 meals and only 3 of them were in the bag. One other time I got a bacon double cheese burger and it has no bacon. It’s like pulling teeth to get them to fix the order without them arguing over it with you. Or better yet? They refuse the refund and instead just remake it. If I get home and see that something is missing, I am not spending 15 more minutes going back so the rest of the food can get cold. Disputing the charge in my CC takes care of that.

Crystal the manager is the absolute worst person ever she was so disgusting to her employees and to the customers. I tried to call about the concern and all she does is hang up and yell. She needs to be fired.

Normally, the Sheridan Dairy Queen does good But today they were not on their game. I had ordered a crispy chicken salad and normally it has a lot of chicken on top of it but today they only had one chicken strip chopped up on top and just a little bit of cheese and a lot of white bulk lettuce. Not real satisfied with my salad for $10.
