I just wanted to say that this is this best place in town to go get your breakfast all of the staff is absolutely wonderful. They are so welcoming and kind to everyone every morning. I dont get my breakfast anywhere else for that very reason.

I was able to let my girlfriend try Hardee's for the first time, and they didn't disappoint as usual. For a fast food chain, Hardee's has always been a favorite, being one of my mother's favorite places. It seems the older generation really likes this chain, and I can see why. Everything is fresh and quality. The service wasn't too busy, and our food came out quick. The lobby coke machine was broken, which meant the cook had to get us refills in the kitchen. The staff was really friendly and quick. I would definitely come back if I lived in the area.

We accidentally made an online order to a different store thinking we were ordering here in Sheridan. When we arrived, of course they didn’t have our order. We simply canceled the original order and came back through the line. The manager was so apologetic even though it wasn’t his fault and upsized our order just for the inconvenience! They really went above and beyond. Superior customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The food was soooooooo fresh and delicious. Drive through worker was so great and sweet!

Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Stephanie at Hardee’s here in Sheridan! 💛
My son has a super specific order — he likes a “cheese and ketchup sandwich” no meat, just the cheese and ketchup on a bun. Most places charge us full price and don’t even think twice about it, but Stephanie went above and beyond today.
Not only did she take the time to understand our order, but she made sure we weren’t charged full price for something so simple. When we got to the window, she was incredibly sweet, and even surprised us with 3 free apple pies.
It might seem small, but her kindness and hospitality meant the world to us. In a world where people are often rushed or indifferent, Stephanie stood out. Sheridan is lucky to have people like her in our community. 💕

Hardee's is hands down my favorite fast food restaurant. The biscuits and gravy combo with hash browns and Dr. Pepper did not disappoint this morning! Just wish they would bring one back to the bluff!

We didn't even make it to the food. If your going to have the GM and Assistant GM (or whatever Stephanie is calling herself on duty the service should be better. Why put the rudest person on the speaker? She has no regard for people's time and has NEVER been courteous. Being in a relationship with the GM shouldn't excuse poor service and attitude but it does at this location! Good luck complaining to the GM's boss, Kelley, they are good friends. Clearly this has been an issue before for me, I don't know why I even continue to try to eat here
Went there at 12:30, five employees standing in the kitchen talking and said be with you shortly while finishing their conversation about what they were doing the day before then another employee came in with everyone's lunch and they talked some more about how much it was and everything else while three more customers walked in still not taking orders. No one in the drive through or anything. Finally just walked out and no one bothered to say anything they were still talking to each other.
