This is the second year we've used them and every cut of beef we have eaten has been amazing! The steaks grill up so tender you can almost cut them with a fork! The hamburger meat is absolutely perfect and has just enough fat to hold the patty together but not too much. This is a super boujee slaughterhouse, it is very clean, smells like a smokehouse and the staff is super friendly and answers any questions you have. It's a pleasure doing business there.
I have used them for years. Great staff and they do a really good job and very affordable prices.
I've had several half cows processed here. Vacuum sealed, labeled, and boxed up. Lex and his guys will work with you on scheduling your meat pickup. Cash or Cashapp.

This is the place we have gone for processing beef and pork for decades. Now under the third generation of management there and still loving the work they do.
