“This is the second year we've used them and every cut of beef we have eaten has been amazing! The steaks grill up so tender you can almost cut them with a fork! The hamburger meat is absolutely perfect and has just enough fat to hold the patty together but not too much. This is a super boujee slaughterhouse, it is very clean, smells like a smokehouse and the staff is super friendly and answers any questions you have. It's a pleasure doing business there.“
