I ordered my drinks and used the app pulled up checked in and within 30 seconds my drinks were on the way! And my bell hop was super sweet!

During the day this place is decent. BUT I went on Saturday night and I believe the place was ran by children. The girl answering the speaker kept laughing, obviously playing around. We kept repeating the order. When we FINALLY GOT OUR ORDER, (IT WAS ON ITS WAY FOR 15 MINUTES) it was brought cold and made wrong. The young girl was in a hurry to get back in. Didn't tip her because her service was AWFUL. I called the restaurant to get my burger made correctly the Kid answering was NOT PAYING ATTENTION EITHER. He was no help
Took it back to the drive up window and explained it to that young lady. Horrible customer service and to many kids playing around. WE WERE THE THIRD VEHICLE IN THE PARKING LOT. THEY WEREN'T BUSY.

To no fault of the server, the food was cold and not prepared as requested. We sent it back and was returned cold again. This is the worst food I have ever received! This was the Sheridan, AR location.

Even though the waitress was nice. With all due respect yall need to fix your ordering app and screens. I attempted to order the same meal from 3 separate phones and it kept saying technical difficulties and yet there were other people who pulled up after us and they got their stuff real quickly and left. Then we went to one of the ordering screens and the screen said it was locked out, then we tried to give a tip on the screen and the screen WOULD NOT WORK! It timed out and said we had to pay again and it wouldn't even let us select a payment option.

.y food is never made the way I order it, the last few times I've bn there, when I received it, it was cold! If I wanted it cold I would eat a regular sandwich!

Sat at drive thru over 7 minuted no one came to the speaker. Went to a bay, pushed the button. Button activated....still no one for 15 minutes!!!-

Ordered in the app for a future time, when we got there our food was ready on time and warm!!! Also everything was very tasty!!! Our car hop was planet and was proud that their location was on top of their orders tonight! Will definitely stop at this sonic again while traveling.

I suggest you have a mobile app to check your bank account. Because they will try to say that you didn't pay for food and doublecharge you. When, in fact, you did pay because half of their screens and card readers don't work, which is basically every sonic.
