Came at about 1:30 after placing my order on the app and the food was ready and hot in less than 5 minutes! Chalupa was soft and not stale like most locations. Staff was nice Definitely one of my top ten Taco Bell visits

Had a terrible experience at this Taco Bell! A lady that works there was rude to my husband wouldn’t let him get a word out at the intercom when we pulled to the from she was still rude and one thing turned to another she ended up throwing sauce packets threw the window at my husband it was an awful experience and I will never go back there! Every time we went there they would always get our order wrong anyways

Ordered the cantina chicken taco meal via uber eats. Tell me how you can be so incompetent to forget the tacos?! And uber eats only refunded me a partial amount. I get forgetting a straw or sauce but the whole entree?? GET IT TOGETHER.

They do not employ enuff people to give good service .. there's often to long of a wait ..more times than not they get orders wrong .
The one in Sheridan. We didn't order because they were out of everything we tried to order. Could use some better management if the kids werent just being lazy and not wanting to take our order.

The one in White Hall, AR almost always has some kind if issue all the time. Last night it was they were only taking orders that were 5 items or less(1 meal was considered 5 items), they don't have anything fried, they are out of chicken & cheese, their system is down but as soon as we go directly across the street to the gas station we seen multiple people, multiple times at the window getting food, etc...
