Went inside to place a dine in order, was not acknowledged upon walking in. My partner and I used the restrooms and then came back to the front to order our meal. There were 4 employees who looked at us multiple times but spent over 5 minutes arguing about who was going to work the register. They also completely informed the other guest who was waiting as well. After trying to get their attention we left.

I now understand why this place is empty every time I drive by. My order was completely wrong. Heavy set black girl was too busy chatting I guess. My order was double beef n cheddar large with coke. I received classic beef no cheddar, curly fries were bits and pieces and not cooked recently and a Dr. Pepper. Disappointed because I'm moving to sherwood from a small town and I used to love Arby's.

Fries were questionable as to whether they should have been served, but fresh would have been 5 more minutes. Disappointed in the fish sandwich, not even close to the picture (about 3/8" thick) and the floor was STICKEY. Maybe it was just time of day (2:30PM) but maybe not.

Don’t understand why it take so long for someone to just take your order. They wait so long to take your order and won’t help the next person until the first person is out of the drive thru. Been here multiple times and that’s how they always do it. 15+ minutes in the drive thru everytime but I’m sure it makes their drive thru times look good. Oh well

Drive thru visit was typical with one exception: that was a good Reuben Sandwich. It was the best I have ever had from a fast food restaurant, and it was better than some diners!!!Everything else was typical fastfood experience. Not-so-hot (temperature) curley fries. Better than average customer service. Not very fast, "fast" food. I figure that is because every place is under staffed today.
I ordered a French dip and the complete idiots who work here put a cup with holes in it in my bag, so it proceeded to spill all over me and my brand new car.
