We finally made it over to Bennett's and our only regret is that we hadn't visited sooner. Fantastic atmosphere for a date night or a group date. The menu covers all the cravings. From lamb lollipops for an appetizer to strawberry/blueberry/blue cheese salad or thick cut, smoked and bourbon glazed pork chop with homemade strawberry cake for dessert, you need to get yourself to Bennett's this evening! Trust me, your taste buds will thank me!

Had the sliders and onion rings. Sliders were tender and flavorful. The onion rings were just as good as Cousin Roy Fishers. And that’s high praise.

We had a nice time at this cute little restaurant. Got there in the 11 o'clock hour and we didn't have to wait to be seated on a Saturday. But by noon there was a line waiting. It did take a little longer than I expected to get our food. If I came here starving I'd probably be hangry by the time it came out. We had the fried pickles, shrimp and grits, chicken tenders and the club. Everything was tasty and we left satisfied.

We went on a Friday night around 6pm without a reservation. We waited less than 10 mins for a table. We ordered the fried pickles appetizer and they were alright. You don’t get many for the price but they are salty so you can’t eat many anyways. I ordered the brisket tacos and loved them! We also ordered the brisket burger. It was messy but it was hands down the best burger we’ve ever had! The shining star of this meal was the salsa I had on the side of my tacos. I don’t know what they do differently but it was the absolute best salsa! I ordered a container to go and I’ve been eating on it for the last 3 days. It just keeps getting better! We will most certainly be back.
Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. They serve brunch but we ordered off the normal lunch menu. We ordered a Ruben sandwich, with fries instead of chips, and a Bennett's Cheeseburger with fries. The Ruben was wonderful. The corned beef was thin sliced, tasted great and was soft and tender, with no noticeable fat. An excellent sandwich. The cheeseburger was cooked to order and was a great burger. The pickle spears served with each were amazingly good. The fries were well seasoned and tasted good but were flimsy and soft, not crispy. The fries were the only component of the meal that wasn't excellent. The restaurant was very busy and the speed of service reflected the volume of business, but otherwise service was good.

I have NEVER been treated so poorly at Bennetts than today. Just WOW!Picked up a togo order, it was wrong so I went back to get it fixed.Their expo worker, Hannah, SLAMMED down the food she forgot to pack in my togo order and snarked “I’m sorry” at me.I immediately looked at the manager, Brandy, who didn’t even reprimand Hannah and told her, “That was so rude! I’ve never had anyone from Bennetts act that way towards me.” She just looked at me and said “I know.”What?!?!? How is this happening at Bennetts?Brandy refunded one of my togo meals and said she would have to talk to someone else about peoples attitudes.So disappointed.-10/10
