The dumbest crew ever made my stuff wrong 3 times back to back (idk if they’re all high or on the spectrum)and it wasn’t busy management mad because I’m irritated with telling them Over and over what I asked for slammed my refund on the counter

The general manager Chrystal has workers coming in with covid this was just recently I talked to the worker who had covid and I walked out the door and haven't been there since when I ask to speak to a manager the only one that's there is mrs. Tracie

Went to this location on march 24 2025 they were fairly busy A young man took my order for two cheesecake blizzards he said there was quite a few people in front of us and offered us some drinks while we waited. I can say is this place is a hot mess. Nobody knew what the other ones doing orders were missed. There were people with extended wait times and it seemed like there was no Manager on duty or even if there was he or she was not directing the employees on how to get things done. Needless to say there were orders that were coming out wrong orders there were order that were not even coming out. I had to go up and ask about my Cheesecake blizzards as they weren’t even in the queue to be made. While yes they did make them. It was a very long and extended time to get them.and it was just basically like a free-for-all I’m pretty sure I will never be back to this location

There's no reason I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru at 2:00 for a burger and fries. It's fast food, nothing was fast about this. Fries are soggy and cold, now I remember why I stopped coming here. I won't be back

Don't bother going through the drive thru. Sat for 12 minutes trapped behind 4 other cars. Actually called the phone number to see what the issue was and " They were just catching up on orders. This place will go out of business soon.

We have always enjoyed lunch at DQ but last two times they have. Had ice cream problems! Yesterday there was no ice cream and time before had to wait almost 20 minutes for sundae that was part of special.
Machine problems again? They were not busy

They were slower than a taco bell. They we're rude arrogant and seemed irritated to be taking my order and had an attitude the entire time typical fast food employees. Also their bathroom was disgusting

We just went for ice cream. Sat in the drive through for 30 minutes for them to let my husband pay and tell us to pull around that they were having trouble with the ice cream machine. He goes in for another 15 minutes and we don’t get ice cream. He said the store smelled like weed and they were messing around inside. He made them refund us and we didn’t get what we went for. Very poor service!!

The food is decent, pretty normal DQ quality. Most of the staff is pretty friendly. I do enjoy this DQ quite a bit.

The biggest issue is the time. When you place an online order and you’re 15 minutes away and it’s still not ready when you arrive is crazy. Then they’ll park you for another 5-10 minutes until your food is finally ready.

Arrived approximately 20 minutes before closing time and they already had the drive through shut down. Drove up to the window after waiting in line and I was advised they are no longer taking orders.

This place is the absolute worst fast food restaurant I've ever been too I my 66 years! It will not last! I waited over 15 minutes and still sidhave my order. They was taking ice-cream orders thru the drive thru at which they told me came first over me walking in ordering! Need a totally new crew night manager sucks

The service was extremely slow, and there were only two customers in the dining area. The other customer indicated that he waited almost twenty minutes to get his meal!

Ordered a birthday cake on Monday for pick up on Friday. Show up Friday. The young lady at the counter says…see those paper orders up there? If you’re ordering food it will take a bit. I said no I’m here to pick up a cake I ordered on Monday. Well…they couldn’t find it. The girl at the counter was flustered and very sweet and apologetic. Several customers waiting said they had been waiting for 25 minutes, 40 minutes. Not sure what was going on but I ended up purchasing a cake from the freezer. Very disappointed with this location!
