Ok good but they have nothing to drink, ever! When I asked about getting diet coke, oh we don't have any three owner wants to swap to a regular fountain, this has been going on for 5 months. Save yourself the aggravation and eat at Wendy's or David's burgers. Now they have no fountain drinks at all. You can get a bottle of water for the cost of your soda. But no refill or secondary bottle. What a crock. Stay away.

Bad service, slow service, order wrong multiple times. Just terrible. But the ice cream, the only correct item, was good.

My husband and I went to this dairy Queen in Sherwood it was awful. We ordered just a small cone and small sundae. The associates are slow and act like they don't want to be at work. We waited about 25 minutes no ice cream . I went to the counter small the girl said was you want ur money back I said yes. The manager did not say one word to me not an apology. Or let me get ur ice cream nothing not one word gust handed me my money back. Awful experience

Strange objects found in our orange cream sickle shakes. This location is disgusting. Definitely won’t be back.

I waited for over five minutes without anyone paying attention. It was utterly pathetic customer service.

Didn't appear to have a manager on site. A group of teen boys were yelling vulgar profanity. Floors were sticky. Soda machine was out of most everything. Took forever to get our food and it was wrong when we got it. The young lady that took our order was very helpful and looked like she was doing everything alone. Everyone else looked as if they didn't care to be there.

The location is perfect for busy families. But the management needs attention. The workers try to be as helpful as possible but they can't do anything about no products. Usually out of some random product. The soda machine is ALWAYS out of the majority of products. We placed an online order at 11a so food would be ready when we arrived at 11:40. Grateful the food was being prepared for hungry kids as we arrived. No biggie, I know it takes time with opening. The staff is always friendly and tries to fix anything. The location needs some deep cleaning including tables, chairs and high chairs. Please.
