Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I ordered 2 mini chocolate Blizzards with sprinkles, a small choco dipped strawberry Blizzard, and a Heath brownie cup.
One of the mini Blizzards was missing sprinkles and neither were blended through. The Blizzard that was supposed to be small was the same size as the minis. All of them were already melted by the time I picked them up from the counter. Usually this wouldn't really be a big deal. However, it took me over 30 minutes to receive my order. It didn't seem to be a busy night, and they had 4 or 5 people working there.
I ended up giving 2 stars overall because my family and I still ate it. Not coming back if I can avoid it.

The reason I gave them 4 stars is because of the time it took to get my order! I was the only one at drive thru. Seems the worker may have been working alone. When I finally got my food I can honestly say it was good and fresh!

This restaurant literally has the best burgers , and ice cream my son loves it continue to come here cool place to eat !!

The food was fresh and delicious, but the real reason our experience was so great was the customer service. Especially the manger, Bradley, who went above and beyond to make sure our experience was top notch. He was the perfect mix of friendly and professional and we will come back specifically because of him. He deserves a raise.

Anytime I ordered from the drive through the worker kept sighing and complaining. Completely disrespectful.

Waited 15 minutes for the food just for it to be wrong.

The food is standard fast food not great but will do for a quick bite. The shakes are great my whole family loves them. The service is slow. The restaurant is normal vary clean and staff is friendly good place for a shake after church.

Ok good but they have nothing to drink, ever! When I asked about getting diet coke, oh we don't have any three owner wants to swap to a regular fountain, this has been going on for 5 months. Save yourself the aggravation and eat at Wendy's or David's burgers. Now they have no fountain drinks at all. You can get a bottle of water for the cost of your soda. But no refill or secondary bottle. What a crock. Stay away.

I called up there to see what time y’all closed and someone screaming in the background they ain’t serving no one! I asked who screaming that and the employee said my co worker
