Went to this location on march 24 2025 they were fairly busy A young man took my order for two cheesecake blizzards he said there was quite a few people in front of us and offered us some drinks while we waited. I can say is this place is a hot mess. Nobody knew what the other ones doing orders were missed. There were people with extended wait times and it seemed like there was no Manager on duty or even if there was he or she was not directing the employees on how to get things...

We have always enjoyed lunch at DQ but last two times they have. Had ice cream problems! Yesterday there was no ice cream and time before had to wait almost 20 minutes for sundae that was part of special.

The food is decent, pretty normal DQ quality. Most of the staff is pretty friendly. I do enjoy this DQ quite a bit.
The biggest issue is the time. When you place an online order and you’re 15 minutes away and it’s still not ready when you arrive is crazy. Then they’ll park you for another 5-10 minutes until your food is finally ready.
