Food made incorrectly. Food burnt. Food not delivered- even after two trips! And refuse to answer the phone to resolve the issue. Horrible!
Also, when it is black and feels like a hockey puck, it’s burnt. When someone comes back and says there is an item missing, spend two seconds looking at the receipt before sending them back without it, stating it was not ordered. (It was paid for!)
