I ordered a pizza at around 7:24 pm. They promptly went to making it. However when it got out if the oven at 7:56 it sat there and sat there. At 8:34 I finally called the store and noone answered the phone. I then get a text that my pizza is on the way at 8:36 with an ETA of 9:08. My pizza arrived at around that time COLD AND SMASHED! The delivery guy pulled our 4 20 oz sodas in a plastic bag that was shoved in the hot bag WITH my pizza. It was in there so long thetop of the box was nearly soaked through to which he replied its just grease ? my pizza was so cold and smashed I could not eat it. Even after I tried to warm it up and try since it had gotten late. Oh and don't both giving feedback or trying to contact corporate, you won't get a response from either. Unacceptable they would send a pizza like that out then smash it with COLD drinks. Horrible all around, do not waste your time or money if I could give negative stars I would!

The carry out option is trash. After waiting for 10 mins when it’s showed ready 15 mins. I have still not had anyone acknowledge me. Either the app needs an update or the employees need more training. Honestly not impressed with my service.

Twice in a row. The delivery driver arrived over an hour after app said order was ready. Food delivered room temp/cold. Last time this happened my husband went to store to pick up the pizza himself because no one answered phones. This time got through and was told ”it’s been under the heater so it should still be warm.” When pressed why they were sending pizza that had been sitting for an hour I was told that the app isn’t accurate because when it’s busy they “bump things to see next order” which I take to mean they are actively manipulating the Domino’s system to make it seem like they are performing to expectations while simultaneously pissing off paying customers and racking up low reviews.All this after paying the delivery fee and tip to eat cold food.

I’d love to give 5 stars but the food handlers use their bare hands as they prep your pizza. You can actually walk in and see them assemble the pizza. I’m really surprised they don’t wear disposable gloves. Maybe the germ’s are zapped during the

I didn’t rate the atmosphere because I’ve never actually ordered in the storeI will suggest that if you place an order on the app to call the store immediately after. I asked for a pie cut vegetarian pizza,I was served a square cut.The second pizza wasextra pepperoni ?and was not it was regular.This was the second time on the pie cut request and NO contact!I didn’t complain the first time .. None of those were met. Again,Joe did replace my pizza in which I appreciate it to the fullest.My thing is, I asked for a no contact delivery. The driver didn’t even know that I requested that!!! I had delivery instructions for a reason.Also the driver was the one to slice my pizza but it wasn’t what I asked for.All in all I love the pizza ? going forward. I just think there’s a lack of communication I will still order. Thank you JOE for making it right.

Pizza didn’t go out for delivery until 1 hour and 40 minutes after I ordered it. I payed for 2 pizzas and 2 cheese sticks and only got one of each. I ordered on the app (don’t do that) and the worker on the phone later said “we don’t have any control over the app.” Also, another worker told me it had already left for delivery and then the app said it didn’t leave until 15 minutes later. Either the management is terrible or just doesn’t care. Then again, maybe it goes all the way up to the owner.

I had ordered me some pasta and cheese sticks at 6:30, and I had just got it an hour later. I feel bad cause I chewed out the young man who brought me my food, it's not his fault but the person who is answering the phone and taking your orders.
