I tried calling in my order because the wait time to receive food usually averages about 45mins or longer so I came in at 5:05pm or maybe even a couple of minutes unaware that feastros closed at 5pm. I stood there for a few minutes while no one was at the counter. Once the owner returned to the counter she had an attitude and yelled at me in front of several other customers that she was closed and she waved me on as if I was nothing.
I really don’t understand why they will treat their faithful customers like this ??♀️

Let's just say we came on a Saturday and slightly after lunch rush. Could not keep our drinks filled even with us being the only guests. Took 20 minutes to get the check.

It is no longer a buffet. The wait staff was rude, and we had to keep going around to find them to order and get things such as a refill and missing food. The food was not as good as it used to be.
We will not be returning.
Edit: We went on August 23rd. They were not busy, and our server was hanging out in the back every time we needed something. (There were only like 2 tables besides ours with people at them)

HOME RUN EVERY TIME! The food at this place is fantastic. The fried chicken is perfect and I could make a meal of the purple hull peas. Cajun chicken pasta is a must anytime I eat here. -delicious every time-. I tried the banana pudding this last visit and it is heaven in your mouth. You may have a little wait, but it’s totally worth it! Feastros will continue to be my goto restaurant for incredible food.

I wanted to try the fried green tomatoes but was told i would have to order them with the shrimp, as in a whole entree? Why??
I paid $30 for a tender basket and 2 small sides. I couldn’t substitute the fries so I had to buy the sides that I actually wanted and paid individually at a shocking $4.75 a piece. If they were made like real soul food, I wouldn’t have minded. However, the mac n cheese is out of a box and the greens had to have been out of a can, they had no smoked meat or onion in em. The ranch wasn’t house made which surprised me too. C’mon Ya’ll damm!! I will never come here again.
