I'm feeling a bit indifferent about them this year. They were rather rude when we came to pick up our order, and it's not a lot of hard work to take cash from my hand. I don't understand what happened.
The customer service of Floyd’s seafood is unmatched. I normally get crawfish from munsons but they cancelled my order the day of my party. Floyd’s was able to save the day and had some extra crawfish I could buy! They definitely saved the day and more knowledgeable on the crawfish. Their crawfish were nice size & good they definitely gained a new customer going forward. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a dependable seafood provider.
