Well the person taking the orders was rude no smile and then they yelled out another customer name he didn’t hear them so the lady just tossed the food that was in a bag onto the counter never did anyone there say thank you. I probably will never go back would not recommend this location at all. Horrible service and rude people.

The last, well,several times I have been to KFC in Conway, Arkansas, the restaurant has been filthy, trash everywhere, roaches crawling on the counter, service has been extremely slow, took over 20 minutes to get my order, staff were being rude, whenever I want KFC, I actually have to drive out of town to get it somewhere else.

Meh... Isn't that a shame? But I used to really get excited about going to Kentucky Fried Chicken and maybe it's my fault because my taste and food has changed through the years but I think Kentucky Fried Chicken has made some kind of changes.. I think that I am not excited about going to Kentucky Fried Chicken anymore for some reason. It doesn't seem like the same restaurant I used to go to when I was younger.

Stood in line for 10 minutes while the woman at the register couldn't figure out how to ring up a customer with a coupon. Another employee was loud And obnoxious while talking to anyone who would listen. Finally, I left without ordering because I realized that no one cared if anyone got waited on. I will make sure I tell everyone not to patronize this business. So dirty and disgusting and poorly run. Should just close it! Would give it zero stars if I could!

I wasn’t feeling well so my husband went to get potatoes and gravy as I can usually eat that when I don’t feel well. The picture is what the gravy looked like. What is this substance as it wasn’t gravy!

Unbelievably rude! Pulled up to drive thru behind 5 other vehicles. Made it to speaker after 10 min then sat at speaker for 15 min saying hello hello hello, no answer. Give up and pull up to window to ask if I can place my order and chick gets a HUGE attitude at me and says no I have to pull back around. Wow after waiting already 35 she tells me no? There was like 7 cars waiting behind me at that point so no I'm not pulling around again. Still can't believe how rude she was! I would rather drive 20 min in the opposite direction to go to KFC on Camp Robinson rd that to be spoken to like that.
Very poor customer service, I didn't buy anything. The young lady at the counter didn't want to be there.

Lack of taking orders and understanding the English language seems to be a challenge! Tell me how a person had asked for a diet coke ...receives a dr pepper? Tell me how a person orders a meal and they completely forget the side?!?!? Lack of management....lack of attention to detail!

Upon arrival at the drive thru we waited 15 minutes for someone to help us. Then they said that the attached Taco Bell was open but not KFC side. Online it specified that KFC was open til 12am. No. I nicely made the worker know the discrepancy & she was really rude about it. Not going back.
