Meh... Isn't that a shame? But I used to really get excited about going to Kentucky Fried Chicken and maybe it's my fault because my taste and food has changed through the years but I think Kentucky Fried Chicken has made some kind of changes.. I think that I am not excited about going to Kentucky Fried Chicken anymore for some reason. It doesn't seem like the same restaurant I used to go to when I was younger.
The drive-thru person did not provide the correct items for my order despite repeating them to me. I was not charged for the incorrect items, but it is frustrating when people do not listen and are too busy socializing to get your order right.
The food was good and the staff is friendly but they need better intercoms. A few visits it's taken several tries for them to hear me correctly, and sometimes I felt like I was yelling just to clarify what I said. They've also forgotten my silverware a few times but the food has been consistent at least.
