Not sure who's bad little kids are running the E. Kiehl store tonight, but upper management better handle that before the absolute unprofessional behavior of a supposed manager and his co-worker start losing this store alot of business. I don't know who hired these people, but whoever did should probably ALSO be relieved of a job. Absolutely infuriating. What is with food service after dark?!?!?!?!?!??!

Think it’s ridiculous when u have a manager tell u they can remake your order that they messed up on and then have another manager tell u they won’t remake it when u come to get it remade . Where is the communication or customer service .

Johntae was working the drive thru window and was such a breath of sunshine. Asked how I was, placed my drinks in a bag, and gave napkins that I didn’t even have to ask for. Customer service that went up and beyond. While leaving he wished me a great day. You just don’t get customer service like this anymore. Keep up the great work Johntae. I wish you the best!!

Dakota took my order over the phone and was also in the window when I came to pick it up. He was very nice and polite. Brought my pizza the the car and I just really appreciate his attitude. Good job Dakota

They never answer the phone at this location. I ordered online and after I placed it, I wanted to make a change, so I tried calling. They never answered. Also, standing at counter inside, no one acts like they even see you. I understand they’re busy, but really, I felt as if they could care less. They also give the impression that they hate being there.

Don’t come here if you want hot anything. Cause it’s ready but it’s not hot at all. I went up to the store to get Italian cheese bread and breadsticks….well when I got home which I live less than 5 mins away the food was not hot at all. I called the manager and told her about it. She said it’s passed the time for me to come back and I had to have a receipt. So, I didn’t think I had the receipt at first and I finally found it. Went into the building after being on the phone and talking to another manager (which I was hung up on) when I asked her about why I couldn’t have the a fresh order she said it was passed the 30 mins mark. Just to find out that I was still within the mark because I lived less that 5 mins away. She didn’t want to provide me with a new order or give me my money back. Mind you she had just given me the cheese bread so I knew she remembered me. She went on about them being understaffed and not getting paid enough. What does that have to do with the customer. If I’m telling you my food was cold when I left and you just saw me why would that correlate with my food. In so many words I took it as none of the employees take pride in their job….they don’t care which I’ve come here other times and the pizza was cute crazy or the food wasn’t hot or I barely got sauce In my sauce cup. She mentioned me going to the headquarters and they might give me another one. Why would I do that when I came to this location. All in all I won’t be back. Seeing as how yall hire people that could give less that a fk about their job. No matter what job you’re working you should take pride in your work because your name is on it. If you don’t like the pay continue to do your job CORRECTLY until you find something else. At the end I ended up getting a refund. The lady was stern but not mean and apologized after she was wrong, but regardless I work too hard for my money to be played with. No matter how much I spent I wasn’t walking away until I got something. I def won’t be back and this has impacted me going to any other lil ceases as well.

This has to be the worst location. I live literally across the street and quit going there because the pizza is never cut right and you can tell it's been sitting in the box way too long. I mean if you can't cut a pizza then you probably shouldn't be working at a pizza place. I went there today bc I wasn't feeling well and needed something quick for my son and this time the pizza wasn't even cut. This location has really gone down hill in the past couple of years. Very disappointed.
7 years later....tried Little Caesars again. Still can't cut a pizza. Huge pieces and tiny pieces. Also the crazy sauce cups were all filled about 1/4 to under 1/2 way at the most. I got charged .59 the two extra I ordered too. Not sure how to post the picture I took to prove it. The pizza was good but not sure why you have to stiff your customers that way.
