Two weeks ago I ordered a cheese pizza and it was the worse, I thought I would give them another chance but the pizza I got today was paper thin and the dab of cheese on it was burnt! The pizza was tasteless and it was like eating a piece of cardboard! The pizza puffs were okay, but lacked very much flavor. We can’t afford to eat out much and were really looking forward to a tasty pizza and pizza puffs. I would really appreciate my money back. I seriously doubt someone with a product this bad would stand behind the food they serve. My husband picked the order up on 12/23/25 at a cost of $23-$24 dollars late in the afternoon, Please remember that this may be the only time some families will spurge on fast food for weeks so make it a great experience not a bad one!

Came in to grab some pizzas for a school function. Was told they called ahead. It was not showing on the side of little crasers. When I walked in and said hey I'm here to pick up an order I was told I'm at the wrong location. Not hello welcome in nothing just your at the wrong place. I said cool then can you guys make 3 cheese? No answer for about 2 min while the employee counts the drawer( not sure why they were open with the open sign on) employee then looks up and stares at me in disgust. I said is it cool if I get 3 cheese. He continues his long pause and then says I guess. I respond with you know what don't worry about it. I call to talk to a manager. Im then directed to the GM who said they will speak with said employee but found this situation amusing. Just make the trip to the one up the street by kroger on JFK.

Jacksonville Little Ceaser’s is great! Food is always delicious and cooked to perfection, and the staff is friendly and helpful (when you need help) just can’t go wrong getting pizza from here.

Not sure who's bad little kids are running the E. Kiehl store tonight, but upper management better handle that before the absolute unprofessional behavior of a supposed manager and his co-worker start losing this store alot of business. I don't know who hired these people, but whoever did should probably ALSO be relieved of a job. Absolutely infuriating. What is with food service after dark?!?!?!?!?!??!

Think it’s ridiculous when u have a manager tell u they can remake your order that they messed up on and then have another manager tell u they won’t remake it when u come to get it remade . Where is the communication or customer service .
Johntae was working the drive thru window and was such a breath of sunshine. Asked how I was, placed my drinks in a bag, and gave napkins that I didn’t even have to ask for. Customer service that went up and beyond. While leaving he wished me a great day. You just don’t get customer service like this anymore. Keep up the great work Johntae. I wish you the best!!

They never answer the phone at this location. I ordered online and after I placed it, I wanted to make a change, so I tried calling. They never answered. Also, standing at counter inside, no one acts like they even see you. I understand they’re busy, but really, I felt as if they could care less. They also give the impression that they hate being there.
