What’s the point in offering curbside delivery if the employees are just going to sit inside on their phone and not bring the order out. Do your job. And you knew we were there checked in waiting for you to bring it out because when we came in and asked for the order you didn’t even ask a name, you knew exactly which order to hand us of the multiples that were prepared and waiting to be picked up. Ridiculous.

Ordered a thin crust pizza. When I got home I discovered it was not thin crust. My son then reordered a thin crust for delivery. It took an hour and a half to get it only to discover it was also not thin crust. I called Marcos and spoke to a young lady and explained my situation. She proceeded to tell me they were out of thin crust. If that is the case, then I should have been called and told this so I could have cancelled my order. We are now out 50.00 bucks and still don't have anything to eat. I never received an apology or anything. They didn't even offer a refund!! This is ridiculous and the worst experience I have ever had. I will never order from this place again.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! Ordered a thin crust pepperoni magnifico today and received original crust instead. Ordered a 2nd thin crust pizza and waited AN HOUR AND A FREAKING HALF for it to be delivered. And guess what? Instead of thin crust, I got original crust AGAIN! Done with this Marcos and Marcos as a whole. $45.00 down the drain.

Love ordering pizza on a holiday weekend and watching movies with my family. I ordered 3XLarge but someone forgot to put in the pepperoni in one of my pizzas that I ordered online. It's ok for a small mistake. So I called right away and they are so quick to recover, replace, and deliver since I ordered delivery tonight. Delivery driver was VERY nice and when I called a girl answered and she just focused on what to reorder for me and there was absolutley NO arguing back & forth. I was not upset. I know mistakes can happen and I know they are busy and working hard. Some other places the employees like to make an argument out of everything instead of resolving the issue to make it right. (I am tired of seeing that kind of treatment in other places of employment.) I thought it was funny to me because I didn't realize it till after I ate one piece. 🤣 It was still good but I noticed there was no pepperoni and I know I ordered pepperoni but it was left out so I called right away and they delivered my pizza. 😁I love this pizza! Very fast and fresh on delivery. The only thing is I didn't see an option online for Canadian Bacon. I didn't see it and maybe they don't carry it but I didn't ask either. Other than that, the service is awesome! People, if you order delivery don't be stingy with tipping the hard working people. They are working to pay bills too. Kuddos to the employees at Marco's Pizza in Sherwood!!! You all made me and my family so happy!!!

I called once and was on hold forever so I hung up. I called back 10 mins later then my phone died. So I got it charged and I called back one more time. I guess whoever was working for mad I called 3 times so they hung up on me the last time. Called two more times and still hung up. Unprofessional and very rude.

Walked in to get my pizza and got the amazing service and found out. It was taken over by the new owner, and I can tell the quality difference. It’s way better now.

I wouldn’t even rate it a 1 star. Waited an hour and a half for a delivery to call and be told they have only 1 driver so it was my problem. Tried to speak with manager but was told no manager was there to speak with. Got told I may or may NOT receive my money back in 5-10 days. Couldn’t offer a discount, coupon, or anything. Very unorganized and very unprofessional.. this would have been my first time trying but based on this experience marcos is a huge joke.. 0/10 never again…

The marco's pizza in gravel ridge hardly ever have their open sign on. It's not very inviting.You have to drive by and wonder, are they open?

Delivery girl thought it was ok to get on to my 13 year old son when a code was forgotten on our order. I called to complain and the manager didn’t apologize and saw nothing wrong with what happened. I’ll drive to Cabot from now on. Truly disappointed with the lack of care from a manager.
