Exactly what you would expect from this location. Service very poor. Muffin not properly toasted.

I've come to this location on a couple of occasions alway drive-thru. The last time was interesting. The young lady taking my order was very rude, like I was bothering her. The interaction once I got to the widow was even worse. SMH, just a nasty attitude!
Then, actually getting my food at the next window, the women that I interacted with were very kind & even joked around.
While I was in the drive-thru, my son went inside. He mentioned how kind the gentleman was who he believed was the manager.

These people cannot get a hot latte correct for anything. EVERY time for the last 3 times I have ordered on door dash, they make some sort of milk and caramel in the bottom on ice instead of a hot caramel latte. Completely OVER Mcdonalds as a frigging whole. It's ridiculous and I'm done with McDonalds completely now.

I get that this is mcdonald's and no one want to work here,I know I didn't want to work there 5 years ago but that's no excuse for cold hashbrowns and rude service especially when they had been for about a hour and everything should still be hot and fresh I don't know who is running this joint anymore but this was byfar the worst I have ever had come out of mcdonald's and that's saying something because I don't expect much after all I have seen what goes on behind the curtain but I do expect hot hashbrowns and a hot egg mcmuffin not lukewarm and or cold

Sammy, the morning manager, came out to the register to yell at the young lady that was taking my order. He was degrading and hateful to her. All this because she needed change! Sammy seemed to be way over the edge, and should never speak to ANYONE in that manner. He left her in tears and walked off to yell at someone else in the back. There were probably 6 people waiting on their order. He, Sammy, was highly unprofessional. The cook was using his middle finger in full view of everyone.
Sammy needs to be given management class and a class on how to communicate.
Also, drive thru was being taken care of prior to inside guest. They are to be worked simultaneously.
Hopefully, this gets to Nicole the franchise owner!!!!
