the staff is rude. they talk in the back about the customers acting like you can’t hear when you clearly can. i witnessed the manager being straight up rude to a customers face for just asking for no salt on the fries. i ordered a coffee with no sugar and indeed got sugar in it. 0/10. would never come back. also don’t recommend getting anything here.

So I ordered 3 Mc griddle meals 2 with no eggs, one with a coffee with 6 creams and six sugars I politely ask the the young man did it have 6 cream and sugars and he said yes and repeated to me. Why when I drive off that coffee didn’t have a pinch of sugar in it. Also one of my McGriddles did not have cheese on it. I could understand if they were busy but they weren’t, if I am paying 30 dollars for fast food breakfast I expect my order to be correct especially coffee.

my big mac was cold, my fries liked like they been cooked in old grease where something was previously burnt and it was all over my fries, the employees were pretty much kicking it instead of working that’s why the drive thru is always backed up but i went inside today. i will never eat there again!

I had ordered a customized iceed coffee through the app. Got there gave them the code did not get a receipt. The coffee was not made properly. Before I could say anything to the worker she shut the window on me and walked away. I didn’t pay $4.39 for just a large French vanilla iced coffee They did not put extra syrup Carmel or whip in there and i paid for it. Called 6 times no answer. They will not like me when I go into the store to complain. No need for rude customer service I’m in retail I do not treat my customers like the worker did.

I cannot believe this place is still open. The staff is completely incompetent and rude. They look at u and say nothing… like they r not sure how to communicate… it’s super weird. I was in the drive thru and had to listen to the staff arguing amongst themselves-LOUDLY
