This Mickey Ds SUCKS! I placed a mobile order over the app. There was nobody else in the drive through but maybe one other car at the time. They made me pull forward to wait on my hot & spicy. Cool. As I’m waiting they come out and hand me a bag. I drove home to realize nothing I ordered was in the bag. The only item I received correct was my large drink that they gave me at the window. Out of 5 items 1 item was correct. How do you mess up that bad and you are not even busy? That’s embarrassing. Do better.

Everybody in that store needs to be fired from the manager down to the cooks, Manager can control his staff staff doing what they wanna do. The wait times are ridiculous. The cooks got attitudes, cause they don’t wanna cook. Everybody standing around talking while people standing in the lobby, not assisting nobody. Food coming Down the line, The employees just stand there talking to each other or on their phones. The service there is horrible. Giving out old food I got two burgers and a fry. The fries wasn’t salty. It tastes like they had just pulled them out the grease didn’t let them cook long enough. The burger patties were old.

Everytime I come here they always mess up my order so I have to check. I went there and I got my son and myself some food asked for sweet-and-sour sauce for the Nuggets and also asked for tomatoes on my Big Mac. I checked the bag and there was no sweet-and-sour sauce at all, and they informed me that they were out. Once I got home, I started to eat my big Mac and I realized there was no tomatoes on it even though it said, there was tomatoes on it on the sticker. 🙁

Since the beginning of the year, I’ve been there 14 times. All 14 times they got my order wrong. I asked for a number four light mustard like ketchup when I got to the window they said did you order a number four light mustard, light ketchup. I started driving down the road and it was a burger with barbecue sauce on it

if i could give the particular mcdonalds an ABSOLUTE! ZERO!! it is the absolute worse mcdonalds in the area of sherwood, Arkansas!! im in the business myself and i have NEVER seen such careless unprofessional mangement in my life!! this not just a mean review this is the truth! I have seen the drive thru line wrapped around the building and the tall skinny older gent..the GM by the way casually leaving!! if i could go to the higher ups about this one i would!!

This McDonald’s used to be good but it is literally my last option now, I’d rather go to the McDonalds on kiehl than this one mainly because they always mess up my order, take forever on taking my order, and occasionally rude. I don’t know what happened to this McDonalds but it needs to be fixed.

Went in took about 25 minutes get my food and they got it wrong only person inside and lady working yells out the drive thru more important than customer inside and I'm standing at the counter needs new management and employees fired five people just standing not doing shit or outside standing around

Absolutely horrible experience, had to wait 20 minutes in the parking lot of my food when I was the only one there didn’t listen to what I asked for on my order and gave me a Big Mac with no sauce??? Like how the hell?? And came out without my coffee I had to remind them…. Legit the only customer there, this was the crappiest McDonalds I’ve ever been to and they charged me $25 for that horrible food never again they sucked. Thanks for wasting my money fr
