Last two times I went my fries were cold. This time when I went cashier didn’t ask what sauce I wanted for my meal and when I asked for sauce at the window the other employee told me next time to ask at the speaker because it is free. When I went inside because I only got 1 barbecue they all starred with dirty looks instead of helping me right away. I had to get my sauce packet from the bag and ask for another sauce to get their attention. Very disappointed with the lack of service and food of quality.

Update....she's still pregnant and rude. Called me rude over the speaker. After she asked me to repeat my order 3 times
Pregnant girl at the window is rude and unprofessional. Wants to argue with customers about ice in a drink when I asked for no ice

All I ordered was a mcflurry and they didn't even mix it, like at all. Just a ton of m&ms on top and too much ice cream which caused it to overflow.

I swear everytime I come to this McDonald’s it’s something new the workers act like putting a bun on a patty is rocket science I’d rather go up the road and waste my gas for better food and better service then spend another second arguing with the workers that my chicken patty should not be able to break the rocks from outside on how burnt the damn thing is

Recieved awful service from 3 different employees 11/21 evening just trying to get through the drive through. Please consider rehiring for this location. Our order also had multiple mistakes. Employees did not care.
Great fries, as for cheese burgers there was no cheese or pickle just a ridiculous amount of ketchup - was mobile order & drive thru they weren’t so busy that they couldn’t have made this correctly without me having to re-do it at home for kids. Hard to find good help! I hope manager reads this & corrects staff with more training! Do it right or don’t do it at all. anyone can be replaced!

Oh my. Service was very impersonal. I asked them to make fresh coffee since the coffee was there since morning and it was 6 p.m. somehow, my coffee is still cold. I had to ask them to put more fries in my package. They were out of hot mustard. She kindly asked if I would like something else...with her back turned. They weren't rude, just very impersonal. I'm very disappointed in the amount of fries and the coffee. I had to ask for all of our stuff, but thankfully, I think we got it all

Terrible service. Took forever to get my food, people were rude. Food and coffee was cold and just overall a bad experience.
This place is absolutely horrible. First of all the wait is insanely long at any hour of the day. They took my order. I drive up no total. No receipt. It looked like the manager was actually working the window. Pull to the next window I’m aggressively handed what looks like watered down Dr Pepper (tasted like it too) and told to pull up. I ask can I get a receipt when you bring my food out? Then the wait begins. Absolutely no one in line. While I and another customer wait for our food. Then the delightful girl (with every bit of sarcasm in my bones) asks. “What you have” I tell her and she shoves a bag at me. I look in the bag. Guess what?!?! No receipt. This place is absolutely in acceptable. And the management here is just as bad. Do not expect this to change and will be taking my business to kiehl next time.

TERRIBLE service. Even my McDonalds standards.
Placed an order on the app, which the app changed to a location I didn't want so I had to drive out of my way to pick it up. Then had to sit in the drivethru line for about 20 minutes to get around to the online order pick spots. At that point the app told me I needed to go BACK through the drivethru line to get my food.
Tried to cancel my order but the app told me that it was already being prepared so it couldn't be canceled. Tried to call several times but the line was only picked up once, but no one answered.
I will be contacting SOMEONE to get a refund.
