Latisha is amazing and called us before we left the parking lot saying she realized we needed 1/2 cheese and noticed we didn’t get that. She went above and beyond customer service by offering to make a cheese pizza for us. That was very important because our children wanted cheese. I told her she had wonderful integrity and honesty for her to call and make sure we were taken care of as customers. She is going to do very well in life with such a great attitude and smile on her face! She is a wonderful blessing and I was glad to have met her.

Food was good, service was lacking. Ordered hours ahead because of multiple items only to arrive on time to 80% of order being ready. Waited 10min for one item and another 10-15 for the last. My the time I arrived with the food, majority had to be rewarded as it had gotten cold waiting on the remainder.

Pizza was extremely greasy and the pizza was barely cooked. Maybe I picked a bad time to place the order but I was still running behind on picking my order and barely anyone was there. Service was spot on as always I'm just not sure tonight was pizza night

We ordered the triple treat box and the hand tossed pizza was raw. We called the restaurant and the manager sent a new pizza. However the new one was also raw and could be stretched. I gave up and air fried it to make it edible as it had been over an hour since the original order and I had to start getting ready for bed. The delivery drivers were nice and the manager did make an attempt to fix it.

I don’t know who the general manager is up there but they either don’t care about the place or don’t care what the workers do. The whole staff needs to be retrained, and if they still act that way, they need to be let go. The customer service is atrocious, they’re rude, and you can tell they don’t want to be there, or don’t face any consequences for their actions which is why they act the way they do.

Everything I call they hang up in my face with no warning or explanation and when I go in they are rude and barely pretend to enjoy helping customers I understand bad days but it shouldn't be an everyday thing if so quit

Sherwood AR Pizza Hut on Hwy 107.FANTASTIC! My ticket says Hutamer then signed by Jarver Lea(written in cursive so I might be miss spelling it) This guy was great! He cooked my pizza and I requested it to be cooked well done, he even came to the window to show me how good it looked and let me tell ya..... DELICIOUS! A thick crust pan pizza with lots of toppings needs a few extra minutes so it's not soggy. This guy was friendly and just went beyond his typical job description. He's worth bragging about.My pizza was wonderful. I ordered ranch dressing with it, so most of the time they put the ranch inside the box, well that makes it warm. And warm ranch is gross, he put it in a bag on the side.A fantastic visit worth bragging about!
