Donuts are way over priced everywhere but I prefer daylight doughnuts better apple fritters and they have pretty good biscuit and gravy

My white cream filled, chocolate iced bar (aka long john) had almost no filling. Very very busy, the drive through was blocking the entrance to the parking lot so we had to take an alternate route. The inside was dim and dingy and there was a long line inside as well.

Donuts used to be good but now they are smaller and taste like old cooking oil.
Came by this morning through drive thru. Usually get the younger woman to help and she’s super sweet. But today I got the older white haired lady. She was rude and very passive aggressive. She looked so annoyed with my simple order. Won’t be going back because of her. She needs some sunshine in her life.

Worst shipley’s I’ve ever been to. The workers have terrible attitudes. They take orders from white customers and fill as they go and the white people pay at the end. When black customers come to order, they ask what all you want and ring it up and make you pay for it before they will fill the order. They treat 3rd party delivery drivers terribly as well. They won’t turn off their online ordering system and will have them to stand in line like a regular customer only to finally make it to the front and tell them that they aren’t doing any online orders. This totally wastes the time of the driver who get paid by the order. If you are black, stay away from this location.
