The pizza was delicious, my order was ready when I came through the drive through, and the price is reasonable for the quality. Shotgun Dan's is one of my favorite places to go for pizza, and their Gold Nuggets are literally the best cheese sticks out there.
I've just recently moved back to NLR and I was curious as to whether Shotgun Dan's pizza was still as good as it was in 1985. To my surprise, I think it's even better today more than then!! I like the salad bar. Customer service was top notch and friendly. Since July 15th, I've been back 3 times. I will continue to only get my pizzas from Shotgun Dan's!!!
My son waited an hour for takeout. When it finally got to him it was cold. He mentioned it to the waitress and instead of her making it right she ask if he wanted to speak to the mgr. By this time he was so pissed he just left.
I personally think she should have done something right then to make it right. I wasn't expecting this service from you guys.
