WOW! This location was a true delight to visit! I was able to place my order swiftly and it was received deliciously hot and all items were just as ordered. My carhop was super sweet, friendly and delivered my order w a smile. Food was yummy and fresh! Definitely worth the stop!! Thanks ya'll! ❤️

Ive ordered twice from this place in two months. Both experiences were horrible. My food yesterday was a breakfast burrito and everything was old and hard. The first experience the food was extremely gross. I tried contacting the store and was put on hold for over half an hour before they hung up on me.

Went to this location Sunday night to order a large Sprite and a cup of ice. I have tried to tell the owner the manager Cliff is always being petty bothering me, messing up my orders on purpose serving my orders off immediately. Making me wait for a long time for no reason at all. She just keeps saying he is doing this to keep the time down. This is not true. I have waited 15 minutes plus on cups of ice and drinks. Last night he cleared my order off and made me wait on a sprite and a cup of ice. Everyone that was there before me and everyone who came after me received what they ordered and left and I was still waiting. I pushed the button to see why I had not gotten my order and Cliff proceeds to come out and try to give me my order that he had already made and was sitting there. I told him I did not want the order and he goes in to process the refund. He comes back out and says he processed the refund but I can’t have the receipt from the refund. I ask why and he proceeds to tell me that is their policy and he has been there for 5 years and it has always been that way. He is doing all of this while laughing because he thinks this is funny and he also thinks I’m not looking or paying attention. I turn to him and he stops laughing really quick. I advise that I would be reaching out to the owner and he turns around and gives a thumbs up like he can’t be replaced. I know if he is doing this to me. He is doing this to others.

clay and jena belittle all of their employees and talk to them as if they’re peasants. i have personally heard clay talk down to several of the female employees. not sure if he just hates life but being a manager and talking to your employees the way he does is unacceptable. jena needs to pick her employers better and actually do her job. i recently seen clay was arrested back in april so really what kind of people do they have managing this sonic? i have also witnessed him and some other girl who works there having personal arguments outside where everyone can see and hear. i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and i sure wouldn’t trust them making food or drinks. eat here at your own risk.

I'm done with prices going up. You order a pretzel... that use to include cheese but now it does not. Constantly wrong order! I was a daily visitor and patiently put up with getting wrong orders. But today charging for cheese that should come with a pretzel. Done! I'll drive to Dairy Queen. Food is hot.....order is correct and no extra charges! By reading
the other reviews its clear how much sonic listens. Nothing but canned comments. Shows how much management really cares about these reviews. Please safe yourself some time leaving me a canned comment.

Me and my partner went tonight 1/4/26 and put in our online order at 7:30. We get there and we pull up to the stall and put in our stall number and wait for our stuff as normal, we got our drinks, to which we were asked if we needed any sauce before we got our food and then sat there for about 10 mins before going through the drive through at 7:50. We stop at the window and then wait and extra 3 mins before someone noticed that we were in they’re drive through and then finally someone came to the window to ask us what we needed which was the rest of our order, to which he asked us the name on the order and we gave it, then a lady came up to ask what we had with our receipt in hand just in case they wanted to see it and she shuts the door and turns her back before another girl gives us the order. During all this which I think they found the order she looked at her employees like what are you doing, I’ll be taking a break from sonic in the meantime. It was embarrassing to watch

I waited 30 minutes for two ice creams I tried to get a refund but it took another 20 minutes because they didn’t have a manger that could do it so they told me they would do my return when another manager come in that knows how to. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional

My recent trip to this Sonic was fast and easy. The cashier was friendly and got my order right. I wasn’t in the stall for more than five minutes before receiving my Ultimate Meat and Cheese Breakfast Burrito. While I wasn’t asked if I wanted sauce, both salsa and ketchup were included, which was a nice touch.

The only slightly odd moment was when the attendant who brought my food paused and stared, as if expecting a tip. I had already left a tip on the screen when I paid with my card. Despite that, she remained friendly and professional.

Only Ordered fries and a drink. These are the fries I received. Clearly refried. They are horrible. Word of advice, just drop fresh fries, especially if that’s all someone is ordering.

I recently had a terrible experience at this location. I went to order a route 44 strawberry lemonade. My drink was awful. I asked for a remake. The so called “manager in training” came to my car to get the old drink to remake it and she dropped the ENTIRE DRINK on my car. I had just recently paid $24 for a car wash. The manager stated she would give me an entree for my experience. Another ride so call “assistant” manager came out and stated she was not going to honor the entree just because she wasted an entire strawberry drink and states she can do a $2 coupon wasting an entire drink on my car and shrugged her shoulders “ole well”. It will cost me another $24 to wash my car. This is a terrible location. Would not recommend! Horrible experience. Terrible customer service.
