As Sonic Drive-Ins go, this location has comparatively slow service. The parking lot installs are always clean and the employees are always friendly.
Vegetarian options: No statement about vegetarian or vegan options is made on the menu board. There are no specific markings that specify an item is or is not a vegetarian/vegan option.
Dietary restrictions: Sonic is not a restaurant that a person with dietary restrictions, wood shoes. Everything is high calorie, high fat, high salt, or high sugar. There are no fresh food options, such as salads or fruit.
Parking: There are about 21 drive-in stalls and 3 patio tables. There is also the drive-through option.
Kid-friendliness: Personally, my kids really enjoy the food at Sonic.
This location does not have a playground. But there are a few locations around Central Arkansas that have really nice playgrounds and outdoor eating areas. I have seen birthday parties held at these locations.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is one drive-in stall that is marked as handicap accessible. It is situated right next to a ramp that would allow wheelchairs and strollers to access the patio tables.

Car hop was nice but over charged us. The sign out front showed a cream slush for 1.99 but was charged full price. We used the drive thru so I didn't notice until we were already gone and since it was late I didn't want to turn around and go back.

Went here for the Wacky Pack Wednesday Deal. I misunderstood and thought the deal was $1.99. I saw the lady come outside and all I saw was a receipt in hand. (I was in the passenger seat).I asked her if the meals were $1.99 and she wasn't sure. I said forget it, because my kids were crying and I thought the food wasn't ready yet. She said she could bring out a manager to verify. He came out and said it was $2.99. I then saw the food was ready, unlike I originally thought. We said here take our money, misunderstanding. 🤣 (It was hard for me to hear them over the kids crying.) After we paid, the manager brought out 2 burgers on the house. What they didn't know, is we found out an hour before that my husband got laid off, but we had already promised the kids burgers today. Sonic workers, y'all were the MVPs today. The workers at 8pm today need a bonus. Thanks guys! Made my day.

Very unprofessional I had ordered two ice creams it took 30 minutes so I asked for a refund and the employee said he had to wait for the next manager to come in so it took 20 more minutes do not go here very unprofessional
Ordered a blast and it wasn’t even filled to the top of the cup. Not the first time it’s happened to me.

They suck at their job
Very nice employee attitudes makes up for a lot, everyone would agree so that's an upside to this location. The two queso wraps were a disappointment but honestly not a big deal w/ the price factored in, so glad I tried them. They were both very dry and needed taco sauce, guacamole, extra ranch etc to enjoy. I did not find nor tasted any trace of queso which is why I bought them. I could not tell which is which by taste alone until I saw the "tortilla" strips. They were not worth putting on the item as they were completely stale. I have a bag of tortilla strips at home that are always fresh and crisp that cost me $3.00 so not sure how Sonic screwed that up.

I continue to give this location chance after chance because it’s closer to my house. I have been there several times later in the evening (after 8pm) to order sonic blasts and every single time they say the ice cream machine is broke. Now, ether you need to fix/replace the machine or your evening employees don’t want to make the blast. It really funny this never happen during the day when I go so I have a hard time believing it’s the machine. I would love for the owner to comment instead of the sonic corporate folks and tell me the machine is or isn’t broke. If it’s not why don’t you secrete shop your business and understand why you maybe losing revenue. If it is why have you as an owner not replaced it so customer can trust that you have what they want when they take the time to drive to your business. We have 4 different sonics all within 5 miles of each other in sherwood and I have the least amount of faith in this one. Take care of your business and customer base. Figure out what’s happing here and make the necessary changes. I’m not going to continue driving there to only have to drive to the next because your not able to give me what I want to order. I’m just going to go to the other one where I never have that issue. You may own all the sonics so you may get my business at the other location but at some point that location will go out of business if you continue to loose your customers trust. Do the right thing, fix what’s broke you have a problem.

This Sonic is in a great location but the upkeep of the facility is failing. Drive-thru is not adequate and now the speaker is broken multiple stalls have screen issues. Sad because the staff at this location are the best and the food is always on point

Everything was great except a small tater tot order literally had 6 tater tots in it.

Stop through on our way to the hospital to visit a family member. We ordered 2 drinks and a order of onion rings. They were all burnt together. No ketchup in the bag. Tried to call but of course no one answers the phone. For a quick stop for a snack for a kid, bad!
