Drive thru gave awful service didn't listen to our order. Stay away if you want half and half tea, or even 70/30. You'll just get a block of ice with just unsweetened tea.

We asked for two half & half teas, both of which ended up being all 100% unsweetened tea. We were in a rush to leave, but didn’t have time to stop and ask that they remedy the issue. We were very specific with our order request and asked 50/50 for one and 70/30 for the other. Quite disappointed. I’ve heard that this Sonic isn’t the best one to go to — that the customer service has gone downhill.

Our order was put in and when the food was brought out, the server seemed tired or just plain uninterested in her job.I had to repress the order button to let them know there was no carbonation in my son's drink and was asked what should they do about it? I said to fix it and bring out a new one. When it was brought out, I got the look that we were a bother to her day.The snarkiness of the order taker and the uninterest of the waitress sure makes it easy to not return.

I placed an order through the app and they took the money out of my account but the order didnt get placed. I called the restaurant and they had me call the number in the app. I called customer support and they said i will get a refund in 7 to 10 days. So basically I dont get the food I paid for and I'm not getting my money back for 7 to 10 days I dont have extra money to just go place another order, but they dont care the lady i spoke with said in 10 days i can eat because thats there process. Worst experience ever!

Second time I’ve come here where the service was lousy. So, I’ll post.Waited at intercom few weeks ago, finally after several minutes they addressed me, took order.Waited today, didn’t come to mic. Drove around and waited. One employee got out of her car. Another customer walked up to a stall to order. Took several minutes. I waited and waited, then left.Manager, you need to hire employees that actually want to work. If no orders are taken, no profit is made. I’m sure the franchisee would care to know why their employees just disregard orders but still earn an hourly wage.

I like this Sonic location. From my past experience with other Sonic locations, I was expecting there to be an unreasonable wait time to receive my order. However, this was not the case at this Sonic location. The food was prepared and came out in a timely fashion. The staff member that brought my meal out appeared to be friendly and professional. Overall, I would say that I had a good experience here.
