The customer service from the manager is lacking & that is being generous. She is rude to customers & other staff.

Paid for Raspberry cheesecake cookies and came over to pick them up and they didn't have any. Maybe update like you do when the bread is out of stock save me the disappointment đ

This Subway location is absolutely fantastic, the bread is always so fresh, no matter the time of day you come in! The employees are so kind, polite, and patient, and they assemble what is being asked for, with thought and care! I've been in other Subways, that the sandwich artists' are not that considerate, even with multiple requests. I have never even once been close, to having that issue here. If you are looking for something tasty, reliable, and affordable this is your place!!

Terrible experience, jacked my order up, didnât give me any kind of compensation for them wasting my lunch break, it takes 10 minutes to get here and back to work, going back and forth twice, waiting for my food to be made twice, after my lunch break is over I finally have food. Update : they didnât toast either sandwich, and they didnât do double meat like I ordered.

This is the only location in the area with a working drive thru, which is very convenient for people with kids. The staff is nice and my sandwich is always right. You can save orders with your phone number or email instead of having to do a new one in the kiosk every time.

Went an extra 10 minutes out of my way for this specific location vs another because they have a drive thru and the drive thru was closedâŠ
Stale hard bread, rude lady that made it wouldn't remake it. Bad service and nasty restrooms.

I have never had a subway cookie SO fresh and soft. Iâm definitely coming to this location more. The staff is definitely friendly and seem to care. I shouldâve gotten a dozen of the macadamia nut cookies!

This subway is soooo slow at making food. I literally have to make an online order like 20 minutes before making it there. Compared to subway on jfk, itâs so quick that I donât have to wait 2 minutes for my online order. Now, what really made me write this review was that this morning, I had a mobile order and they know good and well they have to put mobile orders on the mobile order shelf. Instead of doing that, they had my food sitting on the counter behind them while making other peoples food. I was sitting there for a good 5 minutes on my order that was already finished. Once they finally finished making food, they asked me âdid you have a mobile order?â Like maâam, I shouldnât sit here for a mobile order that should have been on the mobile order shelf in the first place. Iâve been here several times, constantly giving them a chance, but this is the last straw. I am never going back.
