Easily one of the most ghetto and obnoxious Taco bells I've ever been into. The entire on service staff is incompetent and will routinely curse in front of you and then go in the back to complain about their co-workers very loudly while having inappropriate conversations. The food is Taco Bell food so it's going to be so so and you're going to be on the toilet within an hour of eating it.

Went through drivethrough and tried to order the party box of half soft taco and half hard taco. They told me the total after I said party box and didn't ask what party box I wanted so had to go up to the window to see what box they gave us. Got all hard tacos and asked to have half soft at the window. Was told no. I was so confused. I told them I'm not paying for food I cant eat(teeth issues no hard crunchy foods) was then told fine but you can't do this agian. ??? Do what?? Order food? They are the ones who didn't give us a chance to order the food we wanted or ask what party box we were ordering.

After entering restaurant at 8:50 PM we were told we couldn’t order or eat in lobby. They were doing shift change and we would have to go through drive through. Rude and condescending young lady ushered my family out at 9pm. Wish I knew owner of franchise

I've been here multiple times and I've always had a negative experience with the older lady who works window in morning time. So I usually drive to McCain location. My order always feels rushed when I'm trying to make a decision and my food just seems slapped together and sloppy. I've only had this problem at this location. I ordered a drink that didn't taste right, so I asked for a replacement and she expressed frustration and attitude towards my request when I acted very politely. I really hate leaving bad reviews, but I'm really tired of the location so close to my house being like this.
Oh goodness. I haven't eaten Taco Bell in months. So imagine my disappointment when my husband brought home cold tacos with 2 teaspoons of meet and literally a pinch of cheese on it. And there were 1 sauce packet for every 2 tacos. It's very expensive. Too expensive not to get quality food and service. Never again.
After reading other reviews, I see that this it's every day practice for them to provide poor service or low quality expensive food. What's worse is it appears as if customer concerns are being ignored. I won't return until I see better reviews.

The young lady in the drive through yesterday afternoon at 4 pm was SO kind and sweet. She really made my afternoon. I have social anxiety so I couldn’t let her know in person but she definitely gave excellent customer service.

Half my order was made wrong. Went inside and ordered off the kiosk. Checked the order when I got to the car came in and told them that’s when they asked for my receipt. I get it but I literally just walked out the building. Went back outside to get it. They see they made the mistake but didn’t apologize. The manager didn’t even say anything. This location has not customer service skills. I work as a manager in the food industry so I know how the guest should be treated. And this is not it. Will not be going back to this location. Also the guy cleaning the dining room was wiping down the tables with napkins and water from the soda machine. That’s kinda gross.
