I ordered a Caribbean jerk wrap with chips and lil lime berry smoothie and my server was Sierra. She was great! She had a pleasant energy about her and fast service. My food and smoothie was made perfect.

This is the most incompetent and gross establishment I've ever seen. No glove changes. 25 minutes for a wrap. Bad attitudes from the staff and a disgusting environment. They need to fire every employee that was working at 130pm on Saturday November 8th. I've never seen such incompetent people with bad attitudes

(This particular location is in Sherwood, not my normal location I frequently visit) Drive thru service had much to be desired. Cashier was unfriendly, aloof and downright rude when returning my change, (which I offered it to him as a tip, and no, it was just change!), he ignored my offer and silently presented my change. My order was not correct and no apology was offered when corrected. The wrap received was so loosely prepared that the ingredients were just jumbled outside of the wrap when I got home and had a chance to see it. I will NEVER go back to this location. As my order for a combo meal and one smoothie was over $20 was outrageous for the service and food received. Customer service was non-existent and I could not be more disappointed.

I’ve been to the Tropical Smoothie on JFK a few times, and it’s always been a great experience, so I figured I’d try this location. Big mistake. The smoothie I got here tasted like straight-up water—no flavor, no thickness, just a sad, watered-down mess. I’ve never had a smoothie like this from the JFK location, which is why I’m so disappointed. I won’t be coming back to this one, that's for sure. Stick to the JFK spot if you're craving something decent.

The line took forever but I think they were training cause the lady at the windows just kept doing bags instead of helping prep food and drinks. Lol

this is the second time I ordered a Nutella açai bowl and it’s had no Nutella on it and I did it through DoorDash this time because last time the employees were rude and they still didn’t get it right
