This is my favorite location. Always so clean and friendly and i modify my food alot and they always get it right with no complaints!

My low rating is the fact of wat happened..yall hv cameras chech them..
The person working restocking shelves and baskets had their hand so far down their pants it discussed me. My son just had surgery and dr recommended smoothies.. not at this location country club lil rock ar.. person needs fired..everything they are touching has their public on it. We travel here often to childrens hospital. This is so unclean. FIRE THEY SWIPE A CARD IN FRONT OF REGISTER 2 OR 3 XS IN OUR PRESENCE BLACK JEANS , AFRICAN AMERICAN, IN UNIFORM KINDA TALLER THAN OTHERS THUS IS AT 530 PM 8/29/24..working the window also.

For breakfast and lunch they are very slow your in line for 10-15 min they really should pull cars over that have hot food cooking. It took 15 min for my smoothie today.

I went through the drive thru, very tight turn, I had to back up and cut the wheels. The car behind me had to do the same. This is my first visit to Tropical Smoothies, I might try them again but if I do I will go inside. The only smoothies I saw on the drive through sign was 3 and they were $8+ a bit spendy I thought. They were specialty smoothies. I tried the detox and asked if they offered any suger free smoothies, any can be made sugar free. Good to know. My smoothie was larger than I expected, very good. I felt like I was drinking something good for me.

I ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich today, online order through drive thru. It has zero bacon on it. The word BACON is part of the sandwich name and it was forgotten. Makes me wonder if the probiotic added and paid extra for in my smoothie was ever added, too. The two smoothies looked alike but were completely different and were mislabeled, so if someone had peanut allergy it would have been detrimental. It was 2pm, so can't even blame the lunchtime rush.

Much slower than the JFK location.

The smoothie is off was fine. The only complaint is one size. It’s entirely too big. I would look in to offering a smaller options.

Stopped by here today, had to wait 12 minutes at speaker before someone ever spoke to me. Charged me an extra .50 for splenda substitute. I left without anything, will not be back, will continue to go to the JFK location. I wish I would have read all the reviews before I wasted half of my lunch hour to end up with nothing. I will NEVER be back.
