Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich . . . More like "Hot Mess". Chicken coating was soggy, not crisp. Bun was soggy. Just hot sauce with no flavor, and LOTS of it. Tossed the soggy bun, put some ranch on the chicken for some flavor. Hand-cut chips were dry and flavorless even after I added salt. I ended up throwing all of it in the trash after 2 bites. Best part of this meal? The pickle spear.
The staff are rude and unprofessional. I definitely don’t recommend this establishment. I waited at the drive through for 5mins before going to the window. Do t go there.
Terrible! I sat and was ignored for several minutes. I eventually left went to another establishment that actually welcomed me.
Service sucks, no welcome, just almost to the point of rude. Staff did not check on me after food was brought. So I had lunch, everything was bought fully prepared. Service to your customers should be first and foremost. I can get better food and service at a fast food establishment.
Can I give it zero stars. Rude staff, no coffee at breakfast time, no chocolate gravy, store bough biscuits, cold ass bacon, and who who put a raw under cooked egg on what is suppose to be French toasts. This place is absolutely garbage. Please just go the heck out of business
The order was ready when I and my friend Patience arrived to pick up the cake. We walked in and she brought the cake out, it was a full-built tiered cake which was not what I had ordered or advised in the email order. She said I'm so sorry you did state that you wanted the 12 and 10 stacked, and the 8 and 6 inch separate. She asked what time I needed the cake by and I advised by 1:00 PM at the latest and that we would have no one there to decorate or deal with the cake after 3:00 PM. She advised that they would have the cake delivered to the venue which was Greens at North Hills Country Club in Sherwood, at 1:00 PM. 1:00 PM comes around and they are still not there with the cake. I called her and she said that they are still working on it. She called about 1:30 PM and said they were on the way. They show up about 1:45 PM and all of the layers were separated. I advised that it is still not correct and that the 12 and 10 inches needed to be stacked. She and a younger girl left again with the cake. I advised once more that we have to have the cake back ASAP. They did not show back up with the cake until 3:30 PM and I did not have time to deal with it anymore since my hair and makeup artist was already there. I had to apologize and let them know I would be right back to deal with the cake. Which I should have not done. The cake was finally correct but not until much later than the agreed-upon time. There was no one there to help with the cake or anything. I had previously stated that multiple times. I paid over $400 for hair and makeup to be done and for me to put them on hold so I could deal with the cake, is unacceptable. We are requesting at least 30-40% of our total price refunded back to us. The office manager refused any type of reimbursement and advised that because I accepted the cake at the end of the day, there is no refund. After I explained everything. She would not give me a mailing address or the owner's name or information. I called the office manager again and got into an argument with her and I demanded the owner to contact me. A few hours later I got a call from "the owner" who did not give me her name she said times are hard and we already are struggling to make a profit off these cakes. She said she will have to talk to her partner and give me a callback. I never heard back from anyone. We have also filed a complaint with the Attorney General and are in the process of filing a claim in small claims court.

A friend of my daughter uses them for catering; so, we decided to try it. My wife and I met our daughter there on our first visit, and we were quite impressed. The food was so good that the flimsy plasticware didn't matter. We returned in a few days for carry-out, and we will be back.
Cute little place with delicious looking cakes and desserts. The food looks good. This is a place where you walk in and order, pay (tip included), then are seated and wait for your meal. They bring it to your table. Nobody ever came to our tables to see about drink refills. They have a scrolling menu bar with prices on it. I asked the guy taking orders about the chicken tender meals listed on the menu. One was 3 tenders with 2 sides for $8.95 and the other was 5 tenders with 2 sides for $10.95. They had a daily special for 5 pieces of fried catfish for about $14.95. I ordered two of the 5 piece tenders for two of our teen boys, the 5 piece fish for my husband, and the 3 piece tender for myself with a side of greens and a side of sweet potato casserole. Each meal came with a little yeast biscuit. The tenders were tasteless and dry. My side of greens tasted strongly like someone stirred in cigarette ashes. Everyone at the table smelled them and agreed. My husband's were a little smoky, but not like cigarette ashes. One of our boys got his own meal, which was a Parmesan chicken. His greens smelled like greens, but he said they were sour and he did not eat them. The fish was quite tasty, nice big pieces, but the thicker pieces were not cooked all the way through. The yeast biscuits were good. They tasted like yeast biscuits. The macaroni and cheese was okay, but a small portion. The sweet potato casserole was delicious! I got a piece of their chocolate cake. It was good, but not worth a return trip. I had asked for an email receipt, but it never came through, so before we left, I went up and asked about it. I was then told the email receipts do not work. He printed out my receipt and I discovered the 3 piece chicken tender meal was not $8.95, but $11 and the 5 piece chicken tender meal was not $10.95, but $13. I asked about the difference and was told the scrolling menu bar is wrong. I feel like when I was asking about the meals on the menu would have been a good time to let me know. I am not a customer who exhibits my dismay or disappointment in a restaurant while I am there. If it is not good, I will just not go back. I was very disappointed and truly regret visiting this restaurant and will not be returning.
We eat here 3-4 times month. Always good, and great desserts. Monday nights Roast beef and/ or Poppy Seed chicken is very good.
My husband and I used to love to eat at this restaurant We usually went there 3 times a week but here lately the service is awful our food sat in the window until I went and asked for it and it was cold. EVERY time we pick up food and bring it home our order is wrong almost 80% of the time now I'm not sure what's going on there but something needs to be Done about it before they lose all their customers. We won't be back until it improves! AND THE ATTITUDES ARE PATHETIC, IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB GO GET ANOTHER ONE AT MCDONALDS. You cant even get them to answer the phone! So frustrating!
I ate there this afternoon we both had beef tenderloin sandwich they put so much aioli on it that the bread was soggy. My biggest complaint was I could see my food in window for 5 minutes and the cashier was on the side wall texting on her phone. When I went to tell her my food had been in window for 5 minutes she did put her phone down and go get it for me. I would not go again unimpressed with food and service.
