Hi me and the wife went into the restaurant tonight and asked to be seated at the bar and that didn't happen then we waited for 20 minutes and not one server came to our table to take a drink order or anything so after 30 minutes we left and will not return to this location and because any says or ask no they was not busy instead all the employees were just standing around talking and laughing this is the worst location when it comes to service and not including we waited 5 to 10 minutes before we was ever seen to be seated!!!
The prices are outrageous!
Stood at the door for ten minutes no acknowledgement from anybody. The restaurant had a small party but everywhere else nobody. Worst restaurant I've ever been to.

I’ve eaten US Pizza for years, mainly their salads and I’ve had some of their pizzas. I recently tried a sandwich at this location, a Philly cheese steak. The sandwich came with no cheese whatsoever so ever. I called about it and the manager had an attitude saying it doesn’t come on the sandwich but in a cup on the side even though the menu states that it’s “layered in our famous cheese dip”. He seemed like he really didn’t want to deal with the situation on the phone or when I came for my replacement. He has no customer service skills whatsoever.
Food took forever to get to us and when it finally did the bread was burn. The waitress was great though!
All meat salad is an amazing!

Pizza was very good, but it took well over 1 hour to get our food. Maybe seen our server 3 times in an hour. Restaurant maybe had 10 people total in there. The manager needs fired, never seen them either. Employees were on their phones non stop. Food good, overall management horrible.

Food is great but online order pickup system is atrocious. Took 15 minutes of standing in line in the restaurant to get to the cashier to pick up my order. You stand in line and as you get to the girl she disappears for 5 minutes before coming back.

Quite literally have had the worst experience at U.S. this afternoon I have EVER had. This location is normally great depending on the server you get but today I was highly disappointed. Sandy was our waitress, and she immediately came to our table and said “what do you want.” We go ahead and give our order. 2 appetizers & a pizza. One appetizer comes out then nothing for an hour. No refills, no check ins, no 2nd appetizer. After about an hour of waiting I go inside to chase down my waitress and see if we can just get our bill to pay and leave. I’m well aware it can take up to 30 min to make a pizza but after an hour of no check ins with the waitress we were fed up. We were made aware that Sandra our waitress had left and isn’t there anymore. While all of this is happening we hear other tables getting just as frustrated and leaving. So disappointing that a restaurant I once loved is hiring on staff that could not care less about doing their job.

Edit: This place has gone so down hill in the past few months, it’s really sad. Just waited 40 minutes for two sandwiches and a side salad. That was after they quoted me 25 minutes to which I said if I have to wait 25 minutes for two sandwiches then cancel my order (because of the time frame I had) and they said it shouldn’t take that long they just like to over shoot the time just in case. I’m annoyed that I paid because I really didn’t have the time to wait. Even after waiting that long, I opened the food at home to find one sandwich literally had 3 pieces of meat on it and it was a whole. My family and I have always been regulars at this spot and that is definitely coming to an end. If you do chance this spot, ask for Ireland or Anna, they are probably the only ones who will actually take care of you.
