I hate leaving a bad review, but just horrible. The 1 star is for the hostess who finally solved the issue. Waited in line at Pickup window for an order for my Mom’s 80th bday. Got to window and was told they didn’t have my order (called previously to confirm). After a few minutes, I was asked to park and order would be out in 5 minutes. Waited 20 minutes or so and went inside. 1 hr later, I finally got my order and was late with food to the party. Besides hostess, horrible customer service.

Really enjoyed our experience. The patio was wonderful. Seems like they could use a busser or two. They've changed up some things and service is somewhat improving.
Pizza was fabulous, as usual. Great server, fast service, and good food. Can't beat it. One of my favorites.

Best salads in the business! Tried a personal pizza you where you choose the toppings. It was very good. We had a large party and they were very accommodating!

The pizza is wonderful!! I am gluten free and the crust is exactly what I want in a pizza! I got the Hawaiian the first time and most recently the Jenny's favorite, and holy moly is it good!! Not sure how celiac friendly it is, but if you just have an intolerance or allergy, i would recommend! The staff are also very friendly and kind!!

I’ve never experienced going to a restaurant and waiting 40 minutes to be given water. We were sat on the patio and ordered water and no one ever came back. We decided to leave and go to Shotgun Dans and were served within a couple minutes. I used to frequent US pizza but will never be back again after this visit.

I purchased a Salad and a sandwich. The sandwich was delicious. But their salads have really gone down hill. It appears that the toppings are being scaled back. Furthermore, they are imposing a 20% tip. You have the option to enter another amount. But I have trouble getting it to work. Forcing a 6 dollar tip on a $30.00 take out order that has a salad with nothing on it is extreme. I usually tip 10% to 15% on a takeout order. But forcing a 20% for bad service is not something I don't think fair to the customer
Chad, Cher, & Danya daytime staff is friendly, Goofy, & incredible. They still have one of the very best Supreme Salads & House Ranch. Note: I sit at the bar so hits NO Wait.

Don't waste your time! We waited forever! Took forever to get salads. Then another hour to get pizza. The place was empty. We watched others get up and leave. And the place wasn't even busy!
