What really stood out to me, though, was the way the staff took care of me. Our server didn’t even blink when I mentioned I have allergies—she immediately offered me the allergen booklet and walked me through it without making me feel like I was a hassle. Plus this was on an insanely busy UFC fight night so I felt extremely impressed by her level of care! That means so much and honestly made me feel completely comfortable eating out, which isn’t always easy when you have dietary restrictions.

“The food was excellent. Everything we ordered was tasty. The staff was incredibly friendly. We arrived around 6:30, and the place was bustling, with a wait time of about 20 minutes, so we took a seat at the bar. (Props to the bartender for recommending a delicious and refreshing non-alcoholic drink to me, by the way!!) Once seated, if it’s your first time at a Korean BBQ, there’s a bit of a learning curve to grasp the ordering process, as it’s essentially all-you-can-eat for a set price, but you have 2 hours to order anything, which is ample. The waiters explained everything clearly and patiently. Once we got the hang of it, we dove in and had a truly enjoyable dinner. They allowed us to sample the noodle broths before ordering. All the grilled meats we tried were absolutely delicious. We had the ribs, marinated steak, lamb, and pork belly, among other sides. We were so full we didn’t even make it to the salad bar LOL. The ambiance is nice and modern, and they replace your grill if it gets too charred. I don’t have any complaints from my first visit to this place. I wanted to try something new for the weekend, and I was not disappointed!! I will definitely return with family and friends.“

“Friends recommended Brave New and we first tried it a year ago. We have been back 4 times and this is now our favorite upscale restaurant. I'm working my way thru the menu and everything I've tried has been outstanding. Their wine list is excellent and the service what you would expect from a 4 star restaurant. Love the fact that Peter Brave comes to EVERY table to make sure your meal exceeds your expectations. A little pricey but you get what your pay for! We will be back soon.“

We don’t like coming into restaurants close to close however when we asked if they would be able to seat us without it putting them in a bind 30 minutes before close the cook and waiter/cashier were beyond accommodating and so kind! It was our family’s first time dining at an establishment like this and let me tell you my daughter LOVED every second of it. They were so attentive to us and we tried to be as clean and as quick as possible but they did not rush us by any means and they gave my kiddo the full experience and she just had a blast. If you want a water, there is a beer keg on the counter with luke warm tap water and cups where you can help yourself with no ice.“
