How do you get 2 fried eggs wrong THREE TIMES. 1st, they were so over done it shouldn’t have been sent out to me. 2nd time were so undercooked the whites were visibly raw. The third time I said I didn’t want them because I was fed up, everyone else was finished eating, you get it, right?Tell me why I had to argue why it shouldn’t have made it to my bill. I literally ate hash browns. That’s it. The coffee was cold (don’t ask me how That happened) the entire meal was a disaster.And the waitress was so rude it was palpable. Ask for a manager, you said? He was the cook. This was a complete waste of money and time.

Sadly, when we went, they were out of hashbrowns! Imagine going there, and your only option was grits. The waffles were, of course, wonderful. The server we had was nice. The atmosphere was typical for an Waffle House.

This use to be my favorite place to eat my cheesesteak melt until one morning they decide to not make my order due to them being short staffed. I’m very understanding I waited and had my coworker to pick it at a later time and guess what it still wasn’t done. The manager Doug was very horrible and had the worst attitude with me and I was very cordial. I asked why was my funds withdrawn from my account and he replied I refunded your money I don’t know how long it will take to get back on your card. I advised him if he refunded then it would of never processed through cash app(that’s why I use it at restaurants). I will never step foot in that place again.

Came in around 11am today and the only table open was the two-seater in front of the register. Being a party of two ourselves and with only 1 larger party ahead of us, we asked if we might be able to sit there instead of wait for a table. We were told (in a particularly rude manner) there were people waiting in front of us, so no. We proceeded to watch these 2 seats remain vacant for several minutes before we gave up and left. We will not be returning to this location after experiencing the negativity and neglect from the staff. I’ve never felt less welcome at an eating establishment so much so this is my first review to ever leave online.
