This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. They will let you sit at the ordering mic for more than 10 mins. Most people just drive off. It’s like they can only take 1 order at a time. Once that order is filled, they answer the box. Nothing fast about this fast food location. The employees are rude and the curly headed evening/night manager yells at her crew. Completely unprofessional.

I had my meal, door dashed, and the food was cold, no ice in my drink, no salt on my fries, I got charged for 2 burgers, when on the app I clicked on deals and it was buy 1, get one free, and I got charged for 2, when it was buy 1 get 1 free, and then I call up to the store and NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!! I REALLY WANT TO SPEAK WITH THE DISTRICT MANAGER ABOUT THIS AND WANT THE PHONE NUMBER ASAP

Came through and got a kids meal and you forgot my French fries. This isn't the first time you guys have forgotten my food, I order very simple stuff and somehow you still mess it up. This is why I dont like going to this location. You need to pay attention to what you're doing, I'm not about to drive back up here and wait in your line for 20 minutes for some French fries. So annoying.

SAVE YOUR MONEY EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE! Spent over $20 for dried out hamburger and redipped fries. This is absolutely disgusting. The hamburgers taste like they are leftover from the night before. The fries are so hard you would have to visit your dentist afterwards. You couldn't choke this nasty crap down if you wanted to.

Literally waited over 30 min for the only person that was working to come out from hiding in the back one night and finally took my order.
Slowest fast food place I've ever been to waited 15 minutes for a baconator there was 4 other customers here. I came inside because the the two days before I sat in the drive thru for my whole 30 minute lunch. Hoping it was faster inside but these people move like they've been glued to the floor.

I went to the drive through speaker and it didn’t work. The screen stated that it was cleaned and needed a manual reset. I drove to the second window to order and a very rude lady started yelling that I would have to drive through. I informed her that the speaker didn’t work and she said that it did and that the person behind me used it . She continued to talk loudly to me and told me that I would have to move. I told her to forget it. I’m assuming that she was the manager. Very rude and bad for the owner’s business. I left and went to Sonic where I was taken care of with respect.

I ordered the combo, Baconator, and they didn’t give me the fry. I asked, “where are the fries in the combo?” She replied, “There’s fries in there” in a rude manner or attitude but there wasn’t. She was arguing with me so I asked where’s my receipt? She looked at the receipt and she said, “Oh.” And so I asked her about the combo again, she gave me the fries. She was yelling at me when I just asked for my fries in the combo of WHAT I ORDERED. She was yelling, and being rude to me for no reason and made up excuses.
