Slowest fast food place I've ever been to waited 15 minutes for a baconator there was 4 other customers here. I came inside because the the two days before I sat in the drive thru for my whole 30 minute lunch. Hoping it was faster inside but these people move like they've been glued to the floor.

I went to the drive through speaker and it didn’t work. The screen stated that it was cleaned and needed a manual reset. I drove to the second window to order and a very rude lady started yelling that I would have to drive through. I informed her that the speaker didn’t work and she said that it did and that the person behind me used it . She continued to talk loudly to me and told me that I would have to move. I told her to forget it. I’m assuming that she was the manager. Very rude and bad for the owner’s business. I left and went to Sonic where I was taken care of with respect.

Got to hear the manager yell at the employees for not manning the drive thru which was fun.
Then they got my order wrong so it was a win-win for everyone

I ordered the combo, Baconator, and they didn’t give me the fry. I asked, “where are the fries in the combo?” She replied, “There’s fries in there” in a rude manner or attitude but there wasn’t. She was arguing with me so I asked where’s my receipt? She looked at the receipt and she said, “Oh.” And so I asked her about the combo again, she gave me the fries. She was yelling at me when I just asked for my fries in the combo of WHAT I ORDERED. She was yelling, and being rude to me for no reason and made up excuses.

Probably the worst Wendy’s in the state of Arkansas. Consistently slow, bad service, bad food. They told me to pull up to wait on my nuggets and I was waiting for 25 mins before I went inside and said something. Of course they forgot about my order

Unfortunately, I was forced to be the "angry black woman" at this location today. While in the drive-thru, trying to place my order, the girl working the window kept interpreting me, forcing me to repeat myself as I'm trying to tell her what I wanted and how I wanted it. I get to the window and try telling her again, since I couldn't finish the order at the speaker, and her nasty attitude really showed there. I get the order, and before pulling away, I check to see if it's correct. IT WASN'T! Now I have to loop around, get out of my vehicle, and go inside to get them to make it right. NEVER visiting this location again.

My family stopped by this restaurant and was met with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any Wendy’s. It was not busy at all and we did not place a large order. A bacon jr burger biggie bag, nuggets, fries & a salad a couple of lemonades. The girl at the window with the huge puff ponytail seemed irritated when we pulled to the window to pay for our food. She told us one price at the intercom but a different price at the window. We paid what she asked. When we received our food, the salad was open in the bag and some of the chicken had come out of the tray. There was no salad dressing, no fork to eat it with. The biggie bag was missing fries & the drinks we were given were not correct. I honked at the window to get the girls attention to let her know of the errors. She was irritated. She brought the salad dressing and closed the window. I honked again to let her know we still had missing fries and the drink was wrong. Another guy came to window to ask what the issue was and I explained to him that she was frustrated but we only wanted the items we paid for. He went to get the fries & she made us another drink. The bad customer service was so unnecessary and unfortunately my family and I won’t be patronizing this establishment any longer if this is who they hire to represent the company.

Worst Wendy's, you can visit customer service sucks, wait over 15 minutes to get to the speaker, and incompetent workers!! Never will I ever spend money or waste time on this location AGAIN!! would give 0 stars if I could & I don't recommend drive to Jacksonville or North Little Rock cause Sherwood location is not it!!

I usually don’t leave reviews… but i went up there to get a breakfast croissant & it had EGG SHELLS in the fried egg. That a first from a fast food restaurant. 😭 crunchy croissant sandwich.

Went to go order food got told they can't take our order abuse they are short staffed, but the colored gentleman in front they could take his order!!! Not professional or respectful...lost my business
