Never recieved order and when I called, was told "too bad." Customer service at this location is beyond pitiful, pizzas~ when they DO arrive~ are cold and undercooked. Wet in the middle. Employees are rude and unresponsive. Will never order again.

Ordered a pizza about 45 minutes ago from the Sherwood Arkansas store. Delivery time was 25-35 minutes. Then I get a call, 45 mins later, telling me they can’t deliver our food due to the weather, but we are welcome to come pick it up. The weather??? This is Arkansas….it’s just rain! We are absolutely at a loss for that pathetic excuse. Was too “unsafe” for them to deliver it but we can come get it. Then we get a second call again telling us they can’t deliver, I tell this kid we just spoke to somebody and they told us that and we just wanted a refund, then he hangs up on me! We will never again order from Pizza Hut. Absolutely insane!

I ordered our pizza 2 hours ago, we still do not have it. I called customer service and they and I can not get anyone to answer the phone. An hour late it was marked free and another hour later no pizza. This is not customer service at all, it’s already my kids bed time.
