Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This location is pretty busy which means the food must be good. My experience with the staff has been pretty good. Well that is until tonight I experienced great frustration. I did my order through the app gave myself 20 minutes to wait in the drive thru line. The line was going at a decent speed until we get to the young lady in front of me. I sat there for over 15 minutes. I watched what looked like a phone being passed back & forth from the customer to the employee. I have no idea what the issue was but several people pulled away also frustrated. Unfortunately I had already paid through the app so I had to stick it out. I finally gave up and went inside to get my order. To my disappointment no one seemed to care my food that had been sitting there was now cold. The young man hands me my bag with worry. I mentioned my food is cold & soggy by now. He says we could remake it & adds we are out of cookies. I was over the situation & wanted to be out of there. The young woman that was running the drive thru just glared at me the whole time. The only person that cared at all was a young man working in the back. He was very kind & saw I was unhappy with the situation. He wanted to make sure I was okay. He was in the very back & addressed the situation but no one else??? I was appreciative for the kindness. To top it off your soda machine was out of so many selections.
I said all of that to say I think this situation could have been handled better. You lost at least 3 cars that drove off without their food. The issue ahead of me could have been moved to continue serving the rest of your customers.

Service was good and friendly but food was horrible. Placed a mobile order through the app. The cheddar bites were old, absolutely no seasoning on the fries. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and paid for cheese but didn’t receive it on my sandwich and the lettuce looked very old and not edible.

I came and order a six-piece Wing meal I don't understand why they can't make the wings right they always give me old wings the fries are always cold and they do not know how to toast bread I came back and let them know within 5 minutes what was wrong with my food and I've been waiting for a long time just to get that order remade tired of wasting my money

We had a big group (over 50 people) come in at one time and the staff handled everything with grace! Thank you!

Just awful

Ordered ahead from website at 214 pm. Website told me 230 was too early to pick up. So the next time was 245. I walk in at 245 and they just start my order.
305 is when I got my food. Drive thru had 6 people get food before me. One person sitting in the lobby. Never going here again. What's the point of ordering ahead..... every time I order food here there's an issue.

Normally I have a good experience here- especially with the service,
but my husband brought home some cheese bites and we opened them
Up and the serving was very small considering the price.

Horrible. Places an online order after waiting in line for 30 minutes get to window and get asked to pull up. Had to wait another 15 minutes for my food. And then didn’t receive my whole order. People out of uniform in and out the kitchen while customer waiting outside for cold food. Only good part about the experience was the drive thru worker she was amazing outside of that food was cold and over cook and the wait is extremely long

Literally stood in line just now for 15 mins no one acknowledged me or attempted to take my order. Ridiculous that these people no nothing about customer service. I will never come back to this location

Not sure why this place is open. Drink machine inside is always out of ice. Food is pretty good, but be prepared to wait between 45 min. and an hour for food. Orders are incorrect a lot!

Honestly, just sell the whole franchise to raising canes. Customers shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes in a drive-thru for tenders & fries. Especially if the food is cold when you get it. Just sayin’.

Exceptional service at the drive-thru! Despite my wife listing off a detailed order from the passenger seat—blue cheese crumbles, etc, the works—the team member on the mic didn’t miss a beat. She repeated everything back with perfect accuracy and handled it all with a kind, patient attitude. It’s rare to see that level of attention and professionalism. Much appreciated!
