Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I had the pleasure of being served by an exceptional employee, at Zaxby’s today. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a warm, friendly smile and took the time to explain the menu options clearly. Their professionalism stood out as they handled my order with great care, making sure everything was exactly as I wanted it. The food was prepared quickly and was fresh, just as I’d hoped. It's rare to find such a combination of excellent service and attention to detail, and it really made my experience memorable. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication, and I will definitely be returning soon! Thank you to Mr. Randus

I see why they closed down. You'd think they'd do better with the food, as in, we need to get this right this time. But no, all my food was overcooked and dried out- bread, fries, chicken fingers. The bathroom was in great need of attention - both toilet seats broken. To end on a positive note-they have the good ice.

The two women at the front counter and the manager arandus were all very friendly. Good hot food and fast service.

They gave me old chicken strips when the young boy in the window told us that there were fresh out the oil as he was otp with a girl then when I ask for a refund you have to have a receipt

After hearing that this place had reopened after being closed for over a year, we decided to stop by for Sunday lunch. The parking lot had a handful of cars, and only a few people were in line. It seemed well-staffed, with several employees behind the counter, so we didn’t expect a long wait.

Our group of five ordered, and about 10 minutes later, one of our plates was ready. Another 10 minutes went by without any sign of the remaining four orders, so we asked the cashier, who seemed unsure where our food was. Around this time, another customer returned to the counter with his order, noting that it looked like it had been sitting out — no longer fresh or crispy.

It took nearly 30 minutes before we finally had all our food. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve from there. They were out of both Ranch and Zax sauce, which was disappointing. The soda machine was practically empty, and the few available drinks tasted off, as if the syrup ratio was wrong. Our fries were cold and soggy by the time they reached us.

Adding to the overall poor impression, several tables were left cluttered with trays and trash that hadn’t been cleared the entire time we were there. Given the issues with both food and service, it seems the restaurant might have been better off staying closed if this is the quality they’re offering.

No ice, Coke was flat, out of BBQ sauce, and tried to hand me chicken that was half cooked (pale tan).

Kemado flavored chickens did not have zax sauce, ranch or BBQ, the receipt did not print and my chickens tasted burnt

Waiting here in line for 20 minutes now for my food to come out. If you open at 11 o’clock, you should be ready. 4 cars pulled over to the side because they’re not ready. Bad management. I would leave, but they have my money and make that 25 minutes

Tried to order at this location 2 days in a row at 4:30 pm. First day they were out of toast and chicken strips were going to be 15 minutes. Second day waited in drove thru for 20 minutes, no movement. Eight cars in line, don't know what the problem was. This location had already closed once, doesn't look like they learned anything.

Shame on me. tried to use this location again today. Ordered at the drive thru, didn't seem to be a problem, no warnings, Yay! Was told to pull up and wait for food, after 15 minutes, had to go inside and get my money back. This took an additional 5 minutes. There were 12 people working in this location with an empty dining room. No excuse for this kind of service. I will post this on every platform i can think of and also file a complaint with the BBB .

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The service was ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! The food was not great. At least the sweet tea was good. I will not ever go back to this location and possibly not any other location simply because of the experience I had here. I’ll stick to Cane’s from now on.
