Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

It's a miracle if this location actually gets an order right. Gives Zaxby's a bad name. I recommended just driving to a little farther to the on in Jacksonville as it is far superior.

Food was hot, good, & correct. Young man was really nice.

First off… this location needs to be shut down. Went to use an offer for a free sandwich and the rude drive thru worker snapped and said they didn’t accept the coupon after 2pm… which was no where on the app or posted. She was nasty and rude and this isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had there. Honestly with all the bad publicity they have going on they should be shut down anyway …

Did not have ingredients for salad I wanted and had no grilled chicken for the substitute salad I got. Was very disappointed.

If you’re going to advertise an item literally all over your store (the tacos) and have an employee tell me with a rude attitude they don’t serve them anymore and just blankly stare at me. Dude she was rude. Food was fresh though.

Zaxby's is delicious but they're stingy with the sauce! One half-full cup of buffalo sauce for my meal? C'mon, man!

Ordered extra fries instead of cole slaw. Manager argued and told us that this was considered extra and there wasn't a need to fix it. First time going back in years because it has always been terrible. Decided to give it another try and it's even worse!

Depending on how I try to order from Zaxby's online either their website is down for maintenance, the Sherwood location doesn't accept online orders, or they don't allow online drive thru orders. Guess I'll never eat from them.

The food was good. Didn't go in, we used the drive-thru. Only complaint is I wish they did whole chicken pieces, like KFC. Too many places only sell sandwiches, nuggets, and tenders.

This location needs to be shut down a 2nd time again and fire all of the current employees.. this zaxbys has some of the most unprofessional, slow, and lazy employees I’ve ever seen. I sat in line for 20 minutes mind you I was on a 30 minute lunch break… then they come back to the windows and say sorry Maam can you pull up the the curb and I’ll bring it out to you.. WHAT? 20 minutes and you want me to pull up again how much longer is this about to take?? I go park and just come inside cause I was about to get a refund and give them a few words and by that time they saw me come inside the guy in the back started hurrying up. I will never come back here again they’re always out of something this time it was fries the last few times it’s been ice and drinks. I remember when zaxbys used to always have people having fun eating inside and they’d have the fastest service ever.

Whatever you do do not go to this Zaxby's if you have any choice at all. Every time I place an online order and try to pick it up through the drive-thru I spend on average 20 to 25 min in line waiting on my food that should be ready. they constantly look understaffed but there is never a hiring sign out. And I don't know if it's true or not but I find it really funny how whenever it rains their lobby is flooded but the building is standing a foot above the level ground with minimal rain. Corporate needs to take a step in and see what is going on in this store never in all my years of food service have I experienced such a long wait time especially whenever they only have a small handful of things to prep or cook for the meals.

This location is pretty busy which means the food must be good. My experience with the staff has been pretty good. Well that is until tonight I experienced great frustration. I did my order through the app gave myself 20 minutes to wait in the drive thru line. The line was going at a decent speed until we get to the young lady in front of me. I sat there for over 15 minutes. I watched what looked like a phone being passed back & forth from the customer to the employee. I have no idea what the issue was but several people pulled away also frustrated. Unfortunately I had already paid through the app so I had to stick it out. I finally gave up and went inside to get my order. To my disappointment no one seemed to care my food that had been sitting there was now cold. The young man hands me my bag with worry. I mentioned my food is cold & soggy by now. He says we could remake it & adds we are out of cookies. I was over the situation & wanted to be out of there. The young woman that was running the drive thru just glared at me the whole time. The only person that cared at all was a young man working in the back. He was very kind & saw I was unhappy with the situation. He wanted to make sure I was okay. He was in the very back & addressed the situation but no one else??? I was appreciative for the kindness. To top it off your soda machine was out of so many selections.
I said all of that to say I think this situation could have been handled better. You lost at least 3 cars that drove off without their food. The issue ahead of me could have been moved to continue serving the rest of your customers.
