We did our intimate gender reveal today with the help of 7 Brew and their crew. They were all very nice and all ears when I told them I needed a favor. When they found out I am doing a gender reveal, they are all excited and I felt the sincerity that they want to share this joyful moment with me. Many many thanks to Emma, Emma and Tay? , and everyone that’s working today 1/21/26 , not sure if I got all their names correctly. I am sharing some of the photos we took. Every time I come through the Stand to get my morning and Afternoon Tea everyone on staff is so exceedingly kind and genuine! Especially Ty and Sophie! I will only come through the 7brew in Tontitown solely because EVERYONE on staff is the absolute best at what they do! I could not recommend coming through this stand enough!

I’ve been frequenting this establishment ever since they opened. I’ve always had nothing but a great experience! I recommend this place to anybody! Their drinks are amazing, the staff is friendly, and they’re super fast! I’ve turned most of my family onto seven brew! I’m especially of the fan that they offer sugar-free and caffeine free options.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST 7BREW ON EARTH! They are absolutely the sweetest, most attentive baristas! We’ve never had a bad drink or a bad experience. The drinks are amazing—we especially love their coffees and sugar free energy drinks! The manager greets us every time, and makes us feel welcomed! All of the baristas take the time to ask us about our day, give our puppies pup cups, and make sure we have a great experience! This location has set the standard for all 7brews that I visit. It’s the BEST!

Out of all of the coffee stands in NWA, I continually choose the Tontitown 7Brew location. I look forward to my daily visits because, not only do I get excellent service from Billy and his crew, but I also get the best Triple Seven every time. Thanks for being great! Friendly staff

The coffee they gave me was made with expired milk which made me ‼️throw up‼️countless times and was not made fresh and also was almost entirely ice. This is the first bad experience I’ve had with this place which really sucks. I ordered around 1:40 on November 10th, the staff didn’t seem like they wanted me there today even though they are typically really friendly, so maybe it was just that shift? I got an iced tuxedo so maybe throw away the chocolate milk you guys used so no ones else gets sick. Don’t ignore expirations dates and don’t give people coffee that’s been sitting out since it came out in like 3 seconds of ordering which isn’t possible if it’s made freshly.

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service I received at this location. The girl the took our order had a horrible attitude and called one of my passengers “weird” for her order. One of our drinks was handed to a different customer and the girl at the counter was rude to us about it. She continued to be rude and have an attitude the ENTIRE time we were trying to get our order corrected while also slamming the card reader on the table.
