Girl taking orders skipped our car to go to her boyfriend's truck or someone she knew. We were almost to the front and people behind us had their order taken. We had to yell out the window to get someone's attention. And even then we didn't realize our coffees were wrong until we had left! Person at the front was nice but would have been great not to be skipped and get the wrong coffees. Clearly not cookie butter.....
4/1/25 update: I'm not sure why the bother responding and telling you to reach out to them by email. They don't respond there or even try to make it right. Sent a email 3/6/25 and still haven't gotten a reply by email!!!!
Very friendly and the coffee was great
They made an event for a swag day in Dyer Indiana that said March 15. Turns out it was the weekend before. When I contacted them about it, their response was ‘we’ll keep this in mind for the next time we announce swag day’. Keep what in mind? That you put the wrong date on an event?! Brand new location and clearly has zero customer service. No thanks.
