⭐️ Zero Stars I had been a loyal Starbucks customer for years until the Seven Brew location in Springdale opened near my home. I decided to give it a try, and it was amazing. The service, the coffee—everything was better. I fell in love with this location and have been a regular customer for years. Today, however, everything changed. I stopped by to get my dog a pup cup and my self a treat, and I ordered an iced oat milk latte with sugar-free peppermint. When I reached the window, the gentleman working there handed me a hot coffee. I politely said, “It’s supposed to be iced,” and he responded, “You said hot.” This immediately turned argumentative and dismissive. He didn’t even take my order, so I’m not sure how he could claim to know what I said. He then handed me a replacement coffee rudely. I had to ask for a straw, which he didn’t provide, and he didn’t speak to me or acknowledge me at all. It was clear he was having a bad day, but that should not be taken out on customers. As I was leaving, I took a sip and realized the drink wasn’t peppermint at all. I turned around and went through the line again. The employee taking my order the second time was incredibly kind, and I explained that the drink wasn’t peppermint. When I got back to the window, the same employee who had been rude earlier told his team, “She said it’s not oat milk and not sugar-free.” That is not what I said. Again—he did not take my order. I clarified that the issue was that it wasn’t peppermint and asked to speak to the manager. He then said he was the manager. At that point I was shocked. His behavior had been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional the entire interaction. When I expressed that, he said, “I’m not being rude.” When he handed me another cup, I decided I was done and told him I would just go somewhere else. I did not take the drink. I left without coffee because the entire experience was unacceptable. Seven Brew has always been known for extraordinary customer service. In the past, if an order was ever wrong, they went above and beyond to fix it—kindly, professionally, and without attitude. That is why this experience was so disappointing and frankly strange. I will never return to this location. I won’t support a place that is managed so poorly, and this interaction has unfortunately left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Genuinely one of the best experiences in my life. I was having a hard day and my tire popped right before I got here and I parked, I was crying a lot tbh and they noticed I guess because while I’m waiting for AAA one of the girls, Kaylee(I’m sorry if I misspelt it) came up and asked me if I was okay and needed a drink or anything since it looked like I was having a hard time(she didn’t even know about my car just based only on crying) and I just broke down again because that was the kindest most sweet thing I’ve ever experienced, she didn’t charge me and was just so sweet. This is definitely going to be worth the reroute to make it to this 7Brew from now on. Thank you for being so kind🩷

Tried their new iced cookie butter latte and all you can taste is milk. So disappointed at the amount of times I’ve ordered drinks at this location, that taste like nothing but milk. Can’t taste any flavor and seems as though no actual coffee is being added and is just a waste money.

Brock is one of our favorite employee at seven brew at Springdale/Tontitown we have met many of their employees over the years and we love seven brew. But Brock is always upbeat, optimistic, cheerful, happy and he ALWAYS meet you with a smile! He just has a great outlook on life! He has Great customer service💙🩶💙🩶

I got a large drink($8) and this is how much ice was in the cup. Probably the same amount of liquid going into a small cup. Usually I can sip on a large for at least 20 minutes and today- it was gone by the time I got back home.

Normally I'm extremely happy with this location. I'm in there all the time. This morning I stopped in to get my regular coffee. Since it's normally so hot I don't start drinking it right away. So I was already half way to work when I took a drink, it wasn't even warm. It didn't taste right either. Just made for a bad experience this time, & I've never been disappointed till this morning.I changed it from 5 stars to 1 because of this morning. Normally it is 5 stars
