Just spent $20 on to medium hot coffees!!! And they are cold to the point we literally don't even want them, why is the coffee cold at a make as you order coffee stop? It make no sense are yall giving us old set around coffee like this is ridiculous nobody should have to pay for this type of service

My son stopped to get a vanilla latte for me. Gets home with the drink and no vanilla. It's far enough that a return trip to get the correct drink wasn't worth it. Not exactly a complicated drink..barista should pay attention to what is ordered. The 3 stars instead of 1 is because it was at least a decent latte

7 brew is my go to coffee and energy drink place. The amount of sugar free options that they offer is phenomenal and the sugar free flavors taste AMAZING. Not to mention the price of a large drink at 7 brew is significantly lower than some OTHER places lol! The service is always amazing as well and even if the line is long it moves extremely fast!

They made an event for a swag day in Dyer Indiana that said March 15. Turns out it was the weekend before. When I contacted them about it, their response was ‘we’ll keep this in mind for the next time we announce swag day’. Keep what in mind? That you put the wrong date on an event?! Brand new location and clearly has zero customer service. No thanks.
