I am disappointed in the service we received. We ordered a sundae and received a concrete. When we gave them back to get what we ordered, the employee and her manager were ridiculously rude and unprofessional. The manager raised his voice and yelled at us to take it or leave as we were not getting a refund. We will not be back.

The custard is always excellent but what really stands out is the staff. Even when they’re busy, they never make me feel rushed. Service is quick even when we have somebody with us who has allergies. I don’t even live in Springdale but I still prefer to go to this Andy’s when I’ve got the time to go out of my way
This is the best location in NWA. The place is modern and it gets packed very often. This place is very clean and the customer service experience is the best. I’ve tried almost all of their options and I don’t complain, they taste amazing.
Andy’s is always great! Such a higher quality taste compared to other ice cream/milkshake places. I also feel like you get a lot of taste throughout the whole treat compared to only the top or the very bottom.Also very easy to get in and out of quickly! That’s saying a lot considering how much of a challenge a lot of other nearby Andy’s locations are.

Ordered root beer float, two tiny scoops of ice cream and mostly root beer. Asked staff if that was correct and they said yes, that is how they do it. All soda, two tiny scoops. Wouldn’t add anymore without charging extra, well, it was already $5 for the small…no thanks!
