The gentleman that took our order, was so hard to talk to. He messed up with reading our order several times. It was frustrating! He was a tall young man with red hair pulled up in a pony tail. Also you guys are too expensive can't afford to pay to go to but once in awhile. I love Arby's

The woman taking my girlfriends order (says Myra on the recipet ) was very short with her. She was acting like we were an inconvenience. We weren’t familiar with the menu and they were not patient.

Staff seemed to be lacking, had people leave due to not being helped, chicken was great but the sides were bland.
Placed on a quiet corner time forgot when I was 11 and Discount City was booming across the hiway. I stopped in for nostalgias sake. The poor jalapeño bites were freezer burned and a little watery. Between that and my drink I think I paid 11 bucks. Kinda disappointing. The guy on the speaker talked so fast incouldnt understand him. But came to the window and he was friendly. Still disappointing.....
