The first of its kind in NWA… upscale dining with seasonally inspired traditional French offerings. Once you’ve settled in at your elegant table, it’s a bit shocking to remember you’re in downtown Springdale Arkansas. The ambiance is upscale but welcoming. The service is homespun perfection… just the right amount of attention with a warm Ozark accent. And the food… I wanted to lick the plate after every course. The menu is simple and approachable; you won’t be intimidated if this is your first venture with French cuisine. What a delightful addition to the developing jewel of downtown Springdale!
The onion soup, scallops, crème brûlée, and macarons were exceptional, and the service was flawless! I would absolutely return. The wine selection was superb, and the house-made chocolates with the fleur-de-lis design were an indulgent finishing touch—simply delicious!

Wanted to try something different and decided to try this place as it is open more or less late (until 10pm). It was already dark and initially couldn’t find the place.
Surprisingly it was almost empty! Hostess was pleasant and friendly. Didn’t have an issue when we asked to be reseated.
Food was good, onion soup though wasn’t quite my taste. All in all a good mix of French style with a Californian touch.
Good selection of beer and wine.

Beyond delicious! Seriously every bite was incredible. The cocktails and service were equally as amazing as the flavors of the food.

This was an amazing addition to Springdale that certainly felt out of place from what I remembered of the town. Service was amazing as everyone was so polite and knowledgeable. I got the beef short ribs and they were amazing. So tender and flavorful. My partner chose the swordfish and it was a great meal also. I will have to return one day. A great place if you want to impress a date.

One of the best fine dining restaurants in NWA. Food - the Crème Brûlée is one of the best I ever had. The wild mushroom crepe and the roasted sea bass is good as well. Lamb was missing on the menu during our visit which was a bit disappointing. Service can be improved
Parking: There is a small parking lot adjacent to the complex. It’s towards the back of the restaurant

Chef makes every dining experience special. He has never let me down—taking into account my dietary needs with flair and artistic attention to detail (which is a challenge for most). French cuisine in NWA? There no place better! I appreciate how he supports our community, and I recommend the entire menu and wine list.

I was excited to try this place. Interior is quite lovely and inviting. We shared some appetizers- deviled eggs with steelhead row and smoked salmon (very good), mussels (a little tough but great broth), rabbit pate (excellent). Fantastic bread with cultured butter, onion soup was lukewarm and a little thin. Cheese wasn’t Gruyère or emantaler, so a little disappointing there- tasted like provolone honestly. I had the duck confit in pastry, it was okay. I didn’t taste any foie gras and there wasn’t much sauce- but it wasn’t dry. Hubs had the Wellington, he thought it was just okay as well. Chocolate mousse and bread pudding desserts were also just okay. The service was very good and attentive. We would go again, they have seasonal menu changes and the plate presentation was beautiful.

A touch of France in Springdale’s emerging and impressive food scene. We’ve dined here several times, and especially appreciate the prix fixe menu for those of us who love a fine meal at a very reasonable price.
The cuisine is delectably French, the wine list is great and the service is always a delight. Bonus points for taking reservations!

Staying in Feyetteville, someone recommended Bienvenue to me. I am so pleased that they did. After a warm greeting from the hostess I sat alone at the bar and was immediately transported to a different world. The service, across the board was effortless and professional but a particular shout out to Kylee who looked after me. The food was spectacularly good. The dressing on my salad was vinegar forward in just the right way and the Roasted Rabbit was delicate and beautifully seasoned and balanced as a dish. Don't forget to order the freshly baked bread basket to help mop up the sauce! I am not a dessert person but the Rainier Cherry Eclair sounded too good to miss and it was. Sweet and tart and light and delicious. Bienvenue is a destination restaurant that should be on everyones radar who is staying anywhere in the NW Arkansa area and beyond. Yes, go for a special occasion but just go anytime because it is so damn good. The chef, William Mauk, has created something exceptional here and I will be back, for sure.

Incredible food! It’s nice to have a new place to enjoy. The menu was so interesting and changes every six weeks or so. The drink menu was just as exciting. Service was top notch and very professional.
