We had to wait over 15 mins to get waited on after waiting that long to be seated. They need more help. They were not busy just very short staffed. I would not go back to this BWW.

Definitely the better Buffalo Wild Wings in NWA. Server was really nice. Unlimited appetizer deal is definitely worth the price. Was glad they were able to follow up on my request to toss the wings in extra sauce. Only reason for a 3 star atmosphere is because Team USA lost to Mexico in the Gold Cup.
Thank goodness for the trivia they provide and the ranch dressing, or the experience would’ve been unbearable. I have eaten at different locations and had great wings. This location was bar none the worst! I ordered the dry rub wings and my husband had the Garlic Parmesan traditional wings, and they were both severely dry and tough. The waiter never once asked if we enjoyed our meal, and I would have definitely shared! Guess who won’t be back?

We ordered online and picked up. Obviously should have checked the order before leaving instead of trusting them. Multiple items (sides) missing from the order, even though they were on the receipt. I guess they can't read? The steak sub sandwich is a disgrace... not because of taste but because of size, just despicable! Too small. Not worth the price at all. And wing price is out of hand now, waaaaayyyyy too expensive for small wings. Go back to the drawing board and start over. Yall have gone way downhill

Food is terrible. I will never eat hear again. Reheated old wings and tried to serve them to us, so gross. This kitchen is consistently bad and the food is unappetizing at best. Almost as bad as the Fayetteville location. Needs a new owner who can get it right... this location gets so many things wrong.
I was able to sit in a booth very close to the very loud annoyingly door. They know which door it is. Several employees commented about how loud it is.

We had a good late lunch today. Service was good. I didn't get our server's name but she was an older lady. Very nice and thoughtful with our toddler granddaughter. Food was good. Large portions.

I went in to grab some lunch and there was nobody there. I was like nice. This is gonna be great, waitresses passed me multiple times without saying anything and the girl at the front counter, wouldn’t look at me. That chick actually told me to “calm down” when I told the girl at the front register I’ve been waiting for like five minutes to get seated. Again, the place was dead. I’ll go to Wingstop from now on.

I hate to write a bad review, but hopefully things will change for this place. Food was dry & not fresh, and came out wrong after taking forever despite the restaurant not being very busy. Server didnt check back for almost 20 minutes. We were catching up with friends & watching a game and the server came back and asked if we were ready for our check, to which we said not quite yet. He walked away shaking his head and went to another server and was clearly mad. Just an awful visit. But, a fun place to watch the games.

Got sat down ordered taken food came, didn't see waitress after. No body came to offer refill. Different waitress brought the check. Origanal brought debit card back. Wasnt even a busy hour. Maybe 5 to 10 people in the place at time of visit. Waitress could be more attentative to tables that are in her section.
