Apparently, even if you order for pickup they still expect a tip. And if you don't, know they're talking down on you. The only person who deserved a tip for that order was the cook, the only person who did anything for that order. Just cus you work for a tip, you still need to earn it. Stop expecting what you didn't earn.

The food was good. But our poor waiter was also stuck doing the dishes in the back.
1) That's actually kinda gross
2) He wasn't able to help his tables and im sure the ruined his tips
3) You gotta properly staff your restaurant so the bar tender doesn't have to get your waiter to stop doing dishes so they can help their tables.

Owner responded and didn’t even read my thoughts or my concern that I had for the store. The question that needed to be answered professionally was if sitting inside was ok for a To go order since the store wasn’t busy or if to go orders are simply not allowed to be seated in a dine in seat.
I placed an order for pickup and when I arrived, the restaurant was not busy. I asked the young lady at the counter if I could sit in the dining area to eat my food. She initially told me I could not because they would not have a server for me. I explained that I did not need a server since I had already purchased my food as takeout. She then said it was okay.
After sitting down and opening my order, I noticed that my vegetables and ranch dressing were missing. I went back to the register and waited while the older lady was helping another customer. When she saw me, she handed me a bag with the missing items and said, “You’re missing these.” I confirmed that I was.
However, she then told me again that I was not allowed to sit in the dining area because they did not have a server for me. I explained again that I didn’t need a server since I had already purchased my food. She said she would allow it “just this one time,” I’m a paying customer and this is the way you treat them. I returned to my table, and I could hear her still talking about it from the my table. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want the situation to escalate.
Overall, the interaction was unnecessary, especially since I had already purchased my food. Is not like I brought food from the outside. I’m a paying customer. I’m guessing not allow as the waiters are not making their money?? But the restaurant did.. horrible customer service.

We waited for almost 2 hours and only order food and drinks and it is very slow. Everyone they got here before us left very quickly. Very disappointed

Food was good, but portions are so small I felt like a disappointed date. Got a sandwich at tasted great for all 4 bites... But just that. Only about four bites. Tray was mostly empty with barely any fries, too. Id recommend what I got if it was worth the price. Food, and an adult drink, both took a bit of a wait, but serviceable time for how packed the place was.

I am absolutely appalled at this business. First off before I was even finished with my food, which I was going to get a to go box, the waitress which was a much older woman just comes and starts picking up things off of the table, and puts a dirty napkin right in my plate of food that I was going to get a box for. I have NEVER had an experience like that! Needless to say that I didn’t even leave a $1 tip after that! I would never return to that establishment after that!!

I’ve always enjoyed Buffalo Wild Wings — great food, fun environment, and usually solid service. But today completely changed my opinion.
I ordered my usual favorite — boneless wings with habanero sauce — and waited patiently for over 40 minutes. When I finally asked about my order, the staff casually told me the kitchen crew was busy playing games. I gave them another 10 minutes, trying to be understanding, but my food never came.
When I went to the counter to ask again, no one took responsibility — everyone just blamed someone else. Absolutely unacceptable. The manager never came up and apologized….
That was the last straw for me. Never again, Buffalo Wild Wings. If this is how you treat loyal customers, you’ve lost one for good

I go with my family every Sunday, and the same lady always ends up being our waiter. She’s always looking any where else but at me when ordering. Never asked for refills; always messes up my order “accidentally” never get asked for drinks refills, and she goes around asking her other tables for refills and whatnot; it came to mind that she could be racist due to my family being Hispanic, yet she acts the same just towards us. I didn’t make a scene because I had my baby brothers with me. We spend the total of 100 or so but ofc didn’t tip. When I had to constantly get up to ask for my things at the register??🧐 I was very nice, tried giving her the benefit of doubt.

Food was great, but the server we had was horrible. Jen was her name. Waited forever for her to take our order after she brought our drinks. Took our order and we didn’t see her until after we had finished eating. We had to ask another server for refills. She finally came back once we had finished eating and I asked for a refill on my drink. She stared at me like there was nothing going on in her mind and said “yeah let me see what’s going on.” What? What does that even mean? Then we saw her wandering around the restaurant with 3 drinks in her hand, and it looked like she didn’t know where she was. Finally she came back with a watered down Diet Pepsi. She didn’t even bring our check to our table. We walked up to the front and paid with another waiter. We didn’t tip because honestly, she didn’t do anything. If we could have tipped the other staff that helped us, we would have. We’ll be back, but we’re going to ask for any server except for Jen.

I called in an order a week ago at this location. After repeating my order and name multiple times because it was so loud on their end, the person hung up on me without giving me an estimated wait time. I came 50 minutes after ordering and they said my order was not ready. It was 20 boneless wings. I proceeded to sit and wait another 30 minutes minimum for my missing to go order that no one could seem to find even though I had already paid. There were literally 4 different people involved at various times including the manager. The guy working the front couldn’t have cared less about my order and kept coming out of the kitchen eating fries. One kind server finally got some help after she noticed me sitting there for so long. The manager brought my order and didn’t check it. When I got home my order wasn’t right and the wings were so dry the were hard to eat. I’ve always enjoy this location so I was so disappointed with this experience.

I don't even remember her name bc she took our order, brought us our food and never came back. I think it started with a V. TERRIBLE service. She had double nose hoop piercings and dangle earings with lips on them. We first off waited at the front forever no one seated us, they claimed they never seen us. Then the girl takes our order, brought the food, and never came back. We waited for the check forever, I wanted more ranch, and also just a togo water. We had to go up to the front to pay and checkout. The other waitress with long blonde hair said she would go get our waitress. I have no idea where she was it took her a while to come up to the front. I said I would like a togo water and she made the other girl (I think the bartender) get it for her. So lazy, worst service ever. She's very young, clearly needs some guidance on how to be a server....

Sat ourselves due to no one being at the door to seat us. We carried our own menus. No service was provided as we walked out due to other parties that came in after us being waited on before us. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend.
