We loved Burger King but the burger I got was awful. Couldn't taste the burger due to there being a cup of mayo on it. Mushy and a tomato the size of a quarter. Hubby had the mushroom swiss. The sauce was awful tasted like a giant dump of poultry seasoning. We were very disappointed. Fries were good tho. Won't be going back

Burger tasted okay, but the meat didn't seem like it was fresh off the broiler. I didn't see any pink, so there's that. Counter clerk was pleasant, but the drive-thru folks had some 'def jam' going on, all the while Christmas music was playing over the speakers in the eating area. 👌

This the 3rd time I came a they got my order wrong, I get they have a time limit in the drive thru but they need to slow down a give the correct orders out. I come back because I love Burger King but I would like to get what I paid for. It’s always night shift too.

My husband and I have always had the best service from this location until tonight. Our order was accidentally given to a white truck ahead of us.The truck pulled up next to us to give us our order. We don't know them or what/if anything they did with "our" order. The delivery person said, "Oh, that's your order". With an indication of we should just be okay with that. I said no, we want a new order with us passing the old one back. Perhaps we got a new order, but I am unsure since my husband got a whopper instead of the Texas burger. We hope that there is new training to be had on what happens in these cases.
We walked in to order. The guy at the register was super nice and was attentive to what we ordered. Got our food in less than 5 minutes. We ordered 2 Whooper Jrs, onion rings, chicken fries, and 2 oreo shakes. Everything was yum!

Got the original chicken sandwich and I had it remade 3 times and asked for made to order. The breading still came out brown like they were sitting. The chicken just looks old and not right. Not much flavor either.

Wanted to use three coupons and the man taking the order, said that they can only take two and that I would have to drive back through or come in to use the other coupon and I inform the man taking my order that I’ve been to other Burger Kings in Northwest Arkansas that took at least three coupons at one time. The employee did not want make it easier on the customer. I drove back through to use my other coupon. Not satisfied with this bk service. And the times I have went in to eat, the restaurant isn’t clean. If you want bk, go to the bk by the Sam’s in Springdale.
