Honestly, I came in just expecting a quick meal, but this guy named Alberto really stood out. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely made the experience better than others, you could tell he actually cares about the customers, he greeted people with a smile, was super patient, and just had a great attitude overall! It’s not every day you come across someone who brings that kind of positive energy, especially in a fast-paced place like this. I left thinking, “Wow, that guy really made my day a little better,” and I figured it was worth saying something. Please pass along my thanks to Alberto he deserves the recognition!

One of the few Burger King’s in the area where the food comes out fresh and tastes amazing! The customer service here is also great and should be a leading example for Other Burger King’s in the area to follow. Also side note, I was surprised to see how quick the food came out when an elderly couple placed their order and it came out quicker than I anticipated compared to other fast food joints I’ve visited. Thanks a lot and from a Fayetteville Native I can say the BK in Fayetteville can’t compare to y’all’s work ethic and food quality 🙏👍.

Worst place ever. took 30+ minutes to get us 2 burgers whenever we got the burgers they were cold freezing cold. Not even mentioning the fries.

Placed my order online ahead of time thinking by the time I got here it would be ready. I waited 45-50 minutes for two meals. This is ridiculous. I had to go and ask 2-3 times about an update on my order. It wasn’t until the 3rd time that they realized my order was never being prepared. Terrible service. The crew members were having a hard time getting other people’s orders ready too. They had another couple of people order shortly after us and they also took about 30 minutes getting their food. Please avoid this place
I got the jalapeno popper bites and they literally taste like chlorophyll and cardboard I don't usually complain but I am absolutely disgusted with this

We loved Burger King but the burger I got was awful. Couldn't taste the burger due to there being a cup of mayo on it. Mushy and a tomato the size of a quarter. Hubby had the mushroom swiss. The sauce was awful tasted like a giant dump of poultry seasoning. We were very disappointed. Fries were good tho. Won't be going back
