12/6/24 ordered new pickle fries, gross they were super greasy stuck together, burnt , salty and $3.99 for the sm amount!!! Don’t waste your money 💵. We spent $23 2 burgers, 1 fry, pickle fries, what a waste of money!!!!

Ordered 2 Whoppers with cheese and neither had cheese on them. When we went to get the order corrected we were given cold cheese to put on our burgers. Guess it was too much work to do it right.

Recently ate inside. Building was very clean and staff was very friendly. Food was prepared quickly and correctly. The only issue was their air conditioning made this constant rumbling sound, as if you were riding in a helicopter.

I was there standing for 3 minutes. One girl walk in and out for online curbside pickup. She just ignore me. All you have to say " I will be right with you ". My point is They are not Busy!!. I asked her for the sauce when I placed an order. She forgot to give it to me . I asked again. She just threw the sauce in my bag. No thank you or whatsoever. Am I going back? Heck No. I can go to chicken filet where they value their customers ??? and say my pleasure all the time.

Terrible burgers. Whopper Jrs were hurriedly thrown together even though there was no one else in line. Couldn’t even eat when I got home. 3 burgers and $18 trashed. Never again at this location. BK is usually very good.
Im rating low just because if I am a customer buying food, 2 big meals with drinks, and I ask for 3 syrups, and you deny me the 3rd because you're limited is crazy to me. I even offered to pay, and the lady refused. That's the same as me going to get food receiving it but not paying for it because my funds are limited. A paying customer should get the necessary condiments for their meal when asked.
