Worst Burger King I have ordered from. I placed a drive-thru order for dinner, arrived at home and missed 2 of the 4 Whopper burgers. I drove back to complain about it, and the staff was basically rude hinting that I was lying to them. I didn't like that they asked me multiple times what was missing and even after I showed then my receipt. Basically, it was like they were doing me a favor to complete my missing order. I also complained and told them to be careful next time, as it's not fun to drive back meanwhile the meal at home is getting cold. What bothers me most is that I never received an apology. I like BK, but I will never order from this store again and probably won't order as much as I used to do from BK at all.

Joshué does a great job every freaking time I pass by. I get a #2 meal after work when I get the craving and he whips that up ASAP. Has the energy and all that you don’t see around much. Hope he gets a raise or something soon! Much blessing😃👍🏽

My son had a bike wreck, knocked out a tooth, and broke bones in his face. We were at the ER for six hours. The ER ordered soft foods and recommended a milkshake. It was 11:30 pm when we left Children's and I was pleased to see that Burger King was open. I placed a mobile order for a milkshake so that we could have something for him to eat. When I arrived, the employees saaid that they would not make the milkshake as it was too late. It was 30 minutes before closing and they had accepted the order, but refused to complete it. I asked for a refund. They would not refund my order. They offered a drink in exchange. I had to go through corporate to get a refund. I don't know what the rest of the place is like, but the customer service is awful.

12/6/24 ordered new pickle fries, gross they were super greasy stuck together, burnt , salty and $3.99 for the sm amount!!! Don’t waste your money 💵. We spent $23 2 burgers, 1 fry, pickle fries, what a waste of money!!!!

Ordered 2 Whoppers with cheese and neither had cheese on them. When we went to get the order corrected we were given cold cheese to put on our burgers. Guess it was too much work to do it right.

Recently ate inside. Building was very clean and staff was very friendly. Food was prepared quickly and correctly. The only issue was their air conditioning made this constant rumbling sound, as if you were riding in a helicopter.
